My Review of Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram:
I would just like to say that when my Mom and came in the first night to just look Mike came out and asked if he could help me and when I said I was just looking he did not "hawk" over me, which is the one thing that I dread when car shopping....I came back Saturday and everyone was so friendly. Mike was going between me and another customer but the whole time he was so friendly and helpful. I just want to say that this was probably the best experience I have had in a dealership. I would defiantly recommenced you guys to friends and family members if they were in the market for a car!!!!!

When it came time to complete the deal Dan was awesome!!! He got a better rate and with that I got a longer warranty with a smaller payment.

So needless to say Mike and Dan were the best and thanks so much for everyone's kindness and professionalism.

Shannon Creighton did a great job working with us. She has not worked at Stetler a very long time, and was not always sure of the answers but VERY willing to find an answer ASAP. Shannon worked very hard to make our buying process as smooth as possible.

Dan Criswell was very nice. Our final paperwork process was fast and friendly.

Dave Stetler, Mike Stevens, and Rocky Yohe were helpful with questions that we had about our vehical after we left the dealer. All three were quick to get us the answers to our questions.

This is the first dealership that I received a very very very heart warming experience with. Andrew and Dan went all out to fulfill myself and my wife needs in purchasing a vehicle. Andrew was very professional and helful in finding the right auto for us. We are just Tickled pink about our purchase of our 2008 Jeep Patriot. Dan was very professional and outstanding in getting our Jeep financed. This dealership is by far the most helpful dealership we have ever had dealings with. In a rating from 1 to 10, I would go much much much higher.These 2 individuals especially andrew went well above and beyond the expectations of an auto dealership sales personel. We felt welcomed and at home. These 2 individual should receive the highest award that is possible for customer satisfaction. We have already called 5 of our friends that we knew of, that were searching for an auto, and HIGLY RECOMMENDED STETLER DODGE. We were very pleased when working with Austin Eberly and Dan Criswell. We were interested in trading in a vehicle and obtaining a Jeep Wrangler. The value we received for the trade was very good compared to other dealerships we visited. Dan worked on obtaining us a very good rate and explained everything wonderfully in reference to the paper work and warranty information. The quality of work rating is due to a used vehicle not being cleaned very well before being given to the purchaser. This has no affect on Austin or Dan's assistance. We are very pleased overall in our experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Shannon's sales approach was professional, efficient, friendly and informative. No high pressure approach; and, for me, that was exactly how to make the sale.

John made me an offer I couldn't refuse and presented the information is a professional manner.

Dan was upfront and informative about the financing. No cards up his sleeve.

All three were pleasant to deal with and a prime example of excellent customer service.

Since I had a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as a week long rental in 2009, I have coveted having one of my own. As a treat to myself after getting a promotion at work as well as paying down a large sum of debt I decided to start browsing.

I went to Stetler Auto on January 9th after work. I wasn't looking to buy that day, more so gathering information. After looking around at a few Wranglers for a few minutes I was approached by Shannon Creighton. I felt a good connection with her from the start, as both of us were getting started in new job positions. She was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and from the beginning made me feel like I was dealing with a friend I had known for years rather than minutes. She gave me a great wealth of information and shared some options. Once I found out my trade in (2007 Honda Civic) was worth more than I thought, I really got interested.

Enter Dan Criswell. Dan was just as professional and helpful as Shannon. He laid out some options for me and advised me what my best bets were.

On Tuesday January 10th I drove away in my brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

This was not my first time buying a car, and I'm sure it won't be my last. The professional, relaxed, family-like atmosphere at Stetler has set them above and beyond any other dealership I have shopped before. My sincere thanks to Shannon, Dan, and the entire company for this experience! Whenever I'm ready for a new car in the future, Stetler will be the first place I go!

My fiance' and I greatly appreciate all that Dodge did for us in the purchase of our new vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The staff worked very hard to get us the best deal and we couldn't be happier. We came into the dealership wanting to trade in two vehicles, one of which we owed much more then the actual car was worth. We had poor experiences with other dealerships who were not even willing to work with us. The Dodge staff were great and supportive from the very beginning. The vehicle came in much faster then anticipated and Austin stayed late to accommodate our schedule so we could pick the vehicle up after work hours. Dan also worked hard to find us the best deal and lowest interest rate so our payment ended up being even less then we anticipated-even with additional insurance and warranty coverage! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, not just because the vehicles are top of the line but because the staff are too!

Let me start by saying, if anyone said to me, they didn't have a good experience at Stetler Dodge, I would never in a million years believe it. I went to them about 2 weeks ago and with my current situation, I thought it would be a long shot to walk out with a new vehicle. Not only did I walk out with the vehicle I wanted, I walked out with an interest rate better then expected and then a couple of days later they called back and said they had an even better interest rate for me. WOW!! I was shocked!! They were the most professional, courteous people I have ever dealt with. It was the smoothest, friendliest transaction I have ever had. If you are looking for a new Dodge or Jeep, it would be worth it to drive 50 miles for the friendly service!!!!
