2013 GL350 I dropped my vehicle off 2 weeks ago and no one can tell me when it will be ready. The vehicle went in for a known issue and it took a week to order p I dropped my vehicle off 2 weeks ago and no one can tell me when it will be ready. The vehicle went in for a known issue and it took a week to order parts and now they just called 2 weeks after it was dropped off to tell me the timing belt kit is missing a part. The vehicle is under warranty but they say they don't have a loaner for me. They are wanting to send me to enterprise to rent a Chevy. Looks like this is what I should have bought since we don't seem to be able to get this vehicle back together. My experience from the time I purchased this vehicle from Mercedes of BR all the way to servicing of this vehicle has been less than positive. Josh is a nice guy but I'm just my vehicle back repaired correctly!! More

Excellent Service I bought my car from Scott McDaniel last November and he was above and beyond the accommodating. Dan Davenport and Scott helped me servicing my vehicl I bought my car from Scott McDaniel last November and he was above and beyond the accommodating. Dan Davenport and Scott helped me servicing my vehicle in my home town 6 months later! I would recommend the two of the to of them to everyone I know. Excellent service and above accommodating!!! More

Courtesy and Service Margie is outstanding. She is always courteous, caring and goes above and beyond every time a service issue arises. The service itself from the backst Margie is outstanding.
