Did not take resposibity for door lock problem the next day sold RX 350 with only 12500. Also bought extended and comprehensive warranty from them. Next day found that passenger door lock was not operating.. Took the car to them. They did not fix it or take any responsibility for cheating me. They directed me to Lexus dealer at Dallas which happened to be very nice dealer who fixed it free of charge and also gave loaner car. Next time I will go to that Lexus dealer for purchase or service. More
