Otto is a reputable dealer in the area. I was mostly pleased with my salesman Dan. I was disappointed in the upsell of all the warranties, it was about 17% of the price of the car for all o I was mostly pleased with my salesman Dan. It’s a Cadillac I hope it lasts and has enough warranty as a certified used car. I was also disappointed when I went to get in my car to pick it up and noticed a dent in the passenger side door and chip In the paint that Dan said we have someone that can pull that out, it will be between $100-$150, not covered, it’s a used car. I don’t recall this when we test drove the car and was really surprised with the response. Kind of left a bad taste for me. Dan has been very responsive to all of my tech inquiries with I very much appreciate. More
