Glenn Toyota offers not only a great product, but personable and capable staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Skeet Tuttle is a no-pressure salesperson who makes you feel at home, explai personable and capable staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Skeet Tuttle is a no-pressure salesperson who makes you feel at home, explains everything and goes the extra mile to make buying a Toyota a good experience. Dana Arnold was helpful with current Toyota financing and with clearing up a minor problem with a title. He's easy to talk to and made sure it was a smooth process. Randy (sorry for not knowing his last name) gave me a valuation on my existing vehicle and was both professional and easy to work with on the price. When I was leaving in my new Highlander, Mr. Toole came out to thank me for buying from Glenn Toyota. It was an overall good experience, made possible by staff who know their jobs and know how to treat customers. More

After several unsavory buying experiences from other dealerships in the Central KY Area, it was very refreshing to work with Brian. It was very different experience with no pressure and lots of helpful dealerships in the Central KY Area, it was very refreshing to work with Brian. I think most women feel the way I do, that buying/trading a vehicle can be very intimidating. We dread dealing with pushy salespeople. But from the time I entered Glenn Toyota until I left, everyone was very friendly. My sales person, Skeet Tuttle was very patient and made sure I saw everything available in the range and type I was interested in. Once I made my decision and picked out my RAV4, she went over the CARFAX and all the other details about it. When it came to pricing, they were very reasonable and it didn't take long to agree on a figure that I was happy and comfortable with. The Finance person, Dana Arnold was very thorough and made sure I understood all the paperwork before I signed. My overall experience in purchasing my new RAV4 was a very Good one. I never felt pressured or intimidated at all. I will recommend this Dealership to family and friends! and I love my RAV4. More

For me it seemed that everyone I met was willing and able to do what was needed to make you feel welcome and to ensure you made a decision that was right for YOU. Not once did I feel like I had to make a pu to do what was needed to make you feel welcome and to ensure you made a decision that was right for YOU. Not once did I feel like I had to make a purchase that day in fact I felt encouraged to take my time, which allowed me to find the one car I fell in love with. Seriously how many times do you use the phrase "I'm just kicking tires." and one of the managers actually ENCOURAGES you to do just that, when he knew all you meant was looking around? More

While having my 2000 Camry in for service, I decided to check out the 2013 Camrys and met Eric Potter wiile brousing in the sales area. He answered my questions, showed me the new models.
