I had the easiest, most wonderful experience buying a car that I've ever had! Mike Tewell has a great dealership. I was introduced to the General Manager Eric Clark and he has a great team, especially my S that I've ever had! Mike Tewell has a great dealership. I received the best treatment from Glenn Toyota for my new car buying experience! I met James (by the way, he isn’t on here to check for the name of employees that I worked with) in the parking lot, not r new car buying experience! I met James (by the way, he isn’t on here to check for the name of employees that I worked with) in the parking lot, not really sure what I was looking for. He discovered what I needed after some time together, and introduced me to a Corolla that fit me perfectly. Chris, Dana, and the sales manager on duty made it possible for me to afford it. We have purchased several vehicles from Glenn Toyota over the years and have always been very satisfied. Not only do we choose to drive forty-five miles from Louisville to buy our vehicles from them we also the years and have always been very satisfied. Not only do we choose to drive forty-five miles from Louisville to buy our vehicles from them we also choose to make that same drive to have our Toyota's serviced there. We purchased our car from Willie Willard who took great care to make sure our experience was a pleasant one and that we knew all about the car before we drove off the lot. The overall experience was a good shopping experience. I was met by a salesman quickly, offered test drives, all vehicle information needed to make a selection. The time it be dealership seemed a bit length was met by a salesman quickly, offered test drives, all vehicle information needed to make a selection. Our experience at Glenn Toyota was very pleasant. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Our salesman was Willie Willard, who we had worked with before and we knew we wanted his help again. John and Elvis were extremely helpful. We had gone in to begin to look for a new, larger, more comfortable car to replace our '06 Corolla and John showed us everything he had that fit into our category and begin to look for a new, larger, more comfortable car to replace our '06 Corolla and John showed us everything he had that fit into our category and finances. He was friendly, not pushy and, as a trainee, impressed us with his knowledge and understanding. When he came to something he didn't have full knowledge of he didn't hesitate to call Mr. Davis over to fill in the blanks. "Elvis" (Scott) was just as helpful and friendly. They found us the best deal on a wonderful vehicle and we couldn't be more pleased. Their honesty and straight forwardness was impressive and comforting to us as buyers. They along with Mr. Arnold, guided us easily through the painful process of the paperwork with skill and caring. John is going to be a terrific salesman and make a major contribution to the organization and Scott is, as usual, one of the best there is. We have already recommended them highly to other people and will continue to do so. Congratulations to Glenn Toyota for their excellent approach to one of life's major decisions. More
