I received the best treatment from Glenn Toyota for my new car buying experience! I met James (by the way, he isn’t on here to check for the name of employees that I worked with) in the parking lot, not r new car buying experience! He was friendly, not pushy and, as a trainee, impressed us with his knowledge and understanding. When he came to something he didn't have full knowledge of he didn't hesitate to call Mr. Davis over to fill in the blanks. "Elvis" (Scott) was just as helpful and friendly. They found us the best deal on a wonderful vehicle and we couldn't be more pleased. Their honesty and straight forwardness was impressive and comforting to us as buyers. They along with Mr. Arnold, guided us easily through the painful process of the paperwork with skill and caring. John is going to be a terrific salesman and make a major contribution to the organization and Scott is, as usual, one of the best there is.
