Communication is key when it comes to purchasing a new car. George was courteous, patient and helpful. I test drove two used Subarus with my husband. George let both of us test drive the vehicals. I ended up choosing a beautiful 2003 Forrester with approximately 31,000 miles on it. It is in like new condition. I was going from a sedan and was a little apprehensive about the size difference of the vehical, but after driving it for a week on my morning commutes, I am now a Subaru girl for life! George was great throughout the entire process and even agreed to have the wheel alignment checked when I expressed concerns. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

The most pressure free car buying experience I've ever had! I have been thinking of getting a Subaru for some time now. I stopped into Glanzmann and started talking to the used sales manager, Dana. He said he c I have been thinking of getting a Subaru for some time now. I stopped into Glanzmann and started talking to the used sales manager, Dana. He said he could get me in a car that day if I wanted. I have been working on repairing my credit for some time now so I was a bit apprehensive about buying a new vehicle. He said he could do it, get me a good rate for my new loan and we started talking about some of the inventory. I ended up speaking to George after my initial conversation with Dana who is one of the sales reps and he took me on my test drives. George also knew I was nervous and was very patient with me while I asked a million questions. I ended up wanting to take the dive on a 2016 Subaru Outback. I let Dana know that was the car I was interested in and he got to work. Normally, when you go to buy a car, you get very pushy and arrogant sales people. Not at Glanzmann. Both Dana and George made sure I was comfortable and walked me through every step of the process without making me feel stupid - also rare when you are a single female shopping for a new car. They got me an incredible rate on my new vehicle, a great price for my trade in and I even bought the extended warranty for a ridiculously low rate. I talked to Gary in finance in the last step of the process who also made everything simple and answered all of my questions. He even gave me a pen and a really nice keychain! I can't say enough positive words about my experience with the used car sales team at Glanzmann. I know everyone involved with my buying experience fought to make sure I got the best rate, a car I wanted and made it hassle free. I know I'll have my new Subaru for a long time now but I will certainly never go to another car dealership to purchase a vehicle ever again. I would recommend Glanzmann to any of my family and friends with the confidence they would walk out just as happy as I did. Thank you SO much to the used car team at Glanzmann. You just set the bar for what the car sales buying experience should be!! More

Wonderful Experience Called the dealership 20 minutes prior to closing. Alex Diaczenko was very welcoming and had the car we were interested in ready for us to test drive. Neal Hood took the time to explain all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Did not spend much time at all in the dealership. Would definitely use them again for future car purchases. More
