I found a used Range Rover on their website, I emailed and inquired about it. Was met with Kim who told me (and I have the emails) that they wouldn't be able to sell to me as I was out of State and they w and inquired about it. Was met with Kim who told me (and I have the emails) that they wouldn't be able to sell to me as I was out of State and they would not make an exception on their 2 step process of going in and signing the paperwork and then going back to pickup the vehicle. I emailed Carlos to which I was told must be a miscommunication. Then Dana reached out, we started talking about the deal - I was instantly approved, trade price offer was good, all set to sign. Said I would like to come down Saturday but could come sooner if needed. Asked about them needing a deposit to hold it till Saturday, said they don't take deposits but she would send me the preliminary paperwork to sign. All was good, got my insurance binder all ready and emailed to her, temp plates done - all I needed was a signature on the paperwork. At 1pm today I was told 'oh oops' someone else looked at it several days ago and decided today they want to buy it. So sorry, but I will let you know if their deal falls through. I have never in my life of purchasing vehicles have dealt with so much nonsense. I called Carlos back after finding this out and was basically told that I must not have paid attention to what was told to me. Pretty sure I have it all in email and that I would have driven down if need be. Just an FYI for anyone out there looking to do business with this particular outfit. More

Cautious for Fraud!!!! When I bought the brand new Mercedes, they told me they didn't have the spare key in stock, and they were going to mail the second key to me. I truste When I bought the brand new Mercedes, they told me they didn't have the spare key in stock, and they were going to mail the second key to me. I trusted them. However, I never received the spare key. They told me they have already mailed it out but when I asked for a tracking number they never provided it to me. After 9 months of purchasing the vehicle, I still didn't receive the second key, which is required by law when you purchased a car. When I call them, no one can give a responsible answer, and Max Wang yelled at me and cursed me for insisting on getting the second key which i'm supposed to have by law. Be cautious for fraud!!!! More

Good experience I recently leased a 2019 GLC300 from Mercedes-Benz of Boston. My sales person was Jhonathan Linares. He was very easy to work with and overall he is a I recently leased a 2019 GLC300 from Mercedes-Benz of Boston. My sales person was Jhonathan Linares. He was very easy to work with and overall he is an excellent sales professional. He took a lot of time to explain the car to us and made sure the purchase was to our satisfaction. I also dealt with Dana Lolano and Umer Iqbal from the sales team who were both great. When the day to deliver the car came, I was in for an excellent surprise presentation from the team. Fred Abban gave a good review of the ins and outs of the car to me which was great, since who has time to go through the manual to learn all that stuff. I got the feeling that they care a lot about the customer and try to make sure that you leave happy from the dealer. More

But, I had to acknowledge Dana LoNano for assisting us in the purchase of our new GLC. I was referred to her by a colleague who has been purchasing cars from her for years. And, we finally decided to take the leap over to Mercedes-Benz from BMW. Ever since my wife had picked up the car, she cannot stop raving about the experience from beginning to end. There are multiple choices of dealerships to consider and we decided to make the trip down to Boston because Dana was knowledgeable about the product, patiently explained the different features/technology to help guide us in our needs vs. want, and was cognizant of not wasting our time. She and Keith made the process extremely seamless and are truly professionals. For that, you’ve obtained a loyal customer as long as I’m driving (I hope for a while longer!). They’re assets to your organization and deserve to be recognized. More
