I had to wait with a bunch of others and Dana jumped in to help out. He always seems to appear out of nowhere to help! Exceptional Service I came in for a service appointment to get my oil changed. In addition to this, my tires were rotated and my car was even washed. First rate service The service adviser investigated every question I asked on arrival and raised other issues as they found out more about my truck. In every issue, I fe The service adviser investigated every question I asked on arrival and raised other issues as they found out more about my truck. In every issue, I felt that the adviser's advice was honest and not based upon maximizing the dealership profit--some issues were deferred with a "wait and see" approach since they were not critical for safety or potential damage to the truck. This has been my long experience with WRT and is not all that common in auto service--this is a very fine dealership! More
