Untrust Worthy My 66 year old mother came in for an oil change ($50). She knows nothing about cars. Daniel told her cabin and engine filter plus tire rotation was ne My 66 year old mother came in for an oil change ($50). She knows nothing about cars. Daniel told her cabin and engine filter plus tire rotation was needed. Even though it was done only 3 months ago at Bill Currie. A bill of $123 was waiting for her when she picked up the car 3 hours later. When i confronted him he laughed at the fact that my mom didn't know that the cabin and engine filter were not the oil filter. When I confronted him and asked him why he didnt let her know the price difference, he froze. I spoke with his manager and he said to take the car back to the shop and just put the old ones back on. Keep in mind it took them over 2 hours to do the original job back. This is exactly the reason we do not allow a woman to get car services alone because of snakes like Daniel who take advantage of the situation. We will NEVER step foot at Elder Ford again. More

Oil change and rotation. The quality of the work was good, however, checking in the vehicle was time consuming. I had a 12pm appointment and arrived about that time. First The quality of the work was good, however, checking in the vehicle was time consuming. I had a 12pm appointment and arrived about that time. First person looked up my appointment and took me to my service agent. While he was on the phone, he told me he was busy and it was going to be a few minutes. I asked him, “Even with an appointment?” He looked up and I feel realized the customer there was more important than his call. When I told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation, he rapidly passed me to express service. That person was 3 customers deep with no help. All in all, it took close to 30 minutes before anyone even got my information. Not anything like the experience I get with Toyota when servicing my other vehicle. Daniel is the person I remember and did a great job once we got started. More

brakers I be i SERVICE DEPARTMENT talked toto the red hair guy in the service desk inside the ahow room to re-progran my key and they return my car with the I be i SERVICE DEPARTMENT talked toto the red hair guy in the service desk inside the ahow room to re-progran my key and they return my car with the A/C not working, I claim to the SERVICE MANAGER, and I said to him ,may be whe rhe tech reprogamed the key, he need put the car in the computer and may be touch any buttom for mistake and shut off the compressor, anything can happen, to short the story,they even not check my car again ,he no stand behind the desk, very bad service, I take my car to other place, they put the car in the computee, and effective, the guy in 5he Elder Ford , shut the A/C compressor off. Incredible, how many incopetent managers we got in this city. Wow. and please do not reply and I unsubscribe to receive any more , others promotion or anything from all you and the company of Elder Ford. Have a nice day More

Only come here if you have to; Appointments don't matter I'm giving this customer service center a 1 star rating because I had an appointment set for 3 p.m. on a Friday for an oil change but did not get my c I'm giving this customer service center a 1 star rating because I had an appointment set for 3 p.m. on a Friday for an oil change but did not get my car back until 4:17 p.m. and $62.00 later. I was misinformed of the services I was receiving and left in the dark most of the hour. If they knew they were over-booked, I could have come in a different day no problem. But when I called and made the appointment, it was not a problem bringing the car in that day. So next time I guess I'll just walk right in like everyone else because apparently appointments don't matter. More
