Took my 13 Silverado in a week ago for a oil pressure problem and alternator problem. Got my truck back dec 18 3025. To having a new alternator installed and it was over charging I took it back and they problem and alternator problem. Got my truck back dec 18 3025. To having a new alternator installed and it was over charging I took it back and they inform me ity battery is bad. I took it to two parts stores to have it tested and two other shops to have the battery test good and the alternator over charging. They charged me an additional 99.95. I'm xxxxxx cause it wasn't the problem and even if so they had installed the alternator wouldn't they have checked it while they had it and not charged me th e additional money. I will not recommend this shop to anyone and I will be discussing it with people I know that go there to stop going there. As this is not right to treat a customer this way. On top of that when I try to talk to the manager he just ignores my calls and switches me to someone else to not deal with it. More

My problem was diagnosed, parts ordered, and request for payment from Mopar immediately without me having to do anything except bring my vehicle back to have the warranty work completed. I was also advised payment from Mopar immediately without me having to do anything except bring my vehicle back to have the warranty work completed. I was also advised not to drive it until the vehicle was fixed whereas Happy in Rochester told me that I needed new tires and then after driving it if it still clunked to return. More

They change a sensor on my truck because of the engine light being on and now driving it to Chicago. It happened again the same code the same sensor. I came in for an oil change and other services, and as always, I was pleased. Still not happy about the piece missing from my car that was removed without having a replacement piece available, but now thi always, I was pleased. Still not happy about the piece missing from my car that was removed without having a replacement piece available, but now this has become a Ford issue. I would hope that in the future, when a recall is called for, there is more consideration taken whether or not the recall part is in stock and can be replaced before arbitrarily removing a piece. I am not happy that I have a piece of tape now protecting my car but it is what it is. Overall though, I was happy with this experience. More
