Daniel Camara is outstanding I have had two recent visits to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston and in both cases I was extremely impressed with the service manager. He was working i I have had two recent visits to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston and in both cases I was extremely impressed with the service manager. He was working in his office but when he saw me waiting he came out to ask if he could help me, something that seldom if ever happens at any business. In both cases he walked me through everything necessary (literally walking with me today to the parts department downstairs) and made sure that everything was taken care of quickly and properly. He's a star! More

Daniel the service manager at Herb Chambers Toyota Of Boston went so far and above what he needed to. Toyota told me I was not eligible to have a new frame because I was proactive two years ago and had it sprayed. What kind of a thank you is that?! Well Daniel wouldn't settle for that. And almost one year later we have a new frame and my truck is ready to go. He never stopped sticking up for me, his customer. More

Good service, friendly attitude. The only possible hope is if you could open the door a few minutes earlier before 7 am. Customers may arrive within 5 minutes before 7 am. To avoid blocking the street, some cars had to drive one or two rounds. -Just a suggestion. More
