Everyone was very nice to deal with especially my Sales Rep Nima. The finance manager Paris was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Had a bad experience with one of the sales managers though Rep Nima. The finance manager Paris was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Had a bad experience with one of the sales managers though giving me misleading information so I would close the deal. Unfortunately, that did not sit to well with me. I’m hoping from here on out I have a good experience if I need any service done to my vehicle or need any assistance from sales because that is very important to me also when you purchase a vehicle how well you are taken care of after owning the vehicle when it comes to service and sales. My experience in Heritage Mazda Towson was astronomically better than the other dealerships I've met with. Ransey and the team was great to work with and really took the time to make sure I was getting the b better than the other dealerships I've met with.
