Overall, the staff at Chandler Subaru Superstore were effective in getting me the vehicle of my choice. One little hickup, towards the end of the purchasing process, after having had been informed of the nuts and bolts of the loan, upon the signing of documents I was surprised to see a different interest rate than what I had been provided with initially. I mentioned this to the finance maganger I was working with and she promptly corrected the documents and we were able to move right along. This was a bit concerning, because I am not sure if this was an honest mistake or intentional. Either way it was corrected which is all I wanted. I'm not very experienced in purchasing vehicles, but my experience at Chandler Subaru taught me that it is important to have a good salesperson guiding the process. Mr. Charlie Webb was just that. He is an exceptional salesman, if you have a choice I would go with him. He didn't have to be as informative or patient as he was. It was the end of a long hot day and he maintained his professional demeanor throughout the three to four hours I was there. He was able to provide me with facts about an issue I asked him about concerning the vehicle I was interested in. This provided me with great peace of mind and actually was the sole reason I ended up purchasing the vehicle. It was unfortunate to see that another salesman was also listed on the paperwork as having partial part in the sale. This salesman did nothing for me aside from allow me to test drive the vehicle. So, Mr. Webb was also doing all he could for me knowing very well he would not get all the credit for the sale. That in itself says it all. More

Best Buying Experience Daniel was upfront about the pricing of the vehicle and was a very good representative of the Costco Auto program for this dealership. Outstanding Experience We saw our car on Subaru Superstore's website, a beautiful blue 2012 Toyota Prius, and knew it had to be ours despite it being nearly 500 miles from u We saw our car on Subaru Superstore's website, a beautiful blue 2012 Toyota Prius, and knew it had to be ours despite it being nearly 500 miles from us. After receiving an 'Out-the-Door' price in e-mail, I talked with salesman Daniel Falls several times and bought the car with a credit card down payment. We flew into Phoenix at the end of the week (Daniel offered to pick us up at the airport) and took a $25 Uber to the dealership. Daniel met us at the door and after a few minutes of chit-chat we went for a test drive in our sparkling clean inside and out car. We completed the paperwork and were out the door headed back to Ventura, CA in short order. Daniel and everyone at Subaru Superstore were fantastic! More

I was just there to make sure everything went well. It was fairly fast, painless, and overall friendly. The only complaint I have were the few times I caught the salesperson whispering to another right after we had spoken.....not cool, whether it was about us or not. And a couple times he was a a tad bit condescending when my son asked, what I assume he deemed a "stupid" question. Financing was awesome! Everybody was friendly and greeted us as they walked by. All in all I would still use this dealership again. More

I have to admit that I was apprehensive about going to a car dealer with Super in their name. I had imagined that would mean super high pressure, and impersonal service. That was certainly not the case at the Subaru Superstore. Daniel assured me that getting the car I wanted was the goal of everyone there. After a little back and forth, I ordered the exact Legacy Limited I wanted, and at a great price too. Everyone I met was friendly. While I was waiting for Daniel to crunch the numbers, sometimes other staff members would stop by and strike up a casual conversation. I have been driving for decades. The friendly atmosphere I experienced, made purchasing my first Subaru among the best car buying experiences I have ever had. More
