Service has improved a great deal. Usually no more than an hour and a half. They continually give you an update on your car. I am very happy with the Blue team. They are great. Only complaint was, they wouldn’t accept my credit card payment over the phone due to the amount. They require me to go in person or use the portal. The portal didn’t work. Called cashier, she able to s payment over the phone due to the amount. They require me to go in person or use the portal. The portal didn’t work.
