Cannot express how happy and satisfied I was with the service here. My truck had been at another dealer for over a week with zero communication. Eventually, I was forced to Uber there in person for an update and they told me to take the car home and wait for my spot in queue. xxx?!! I dropped it off at Truck City the following Monday and by Tuesday afternoon the issue had been diagnosed and repaired. 2 days tops! The video explainer via text was awesome and my service rep, Daniel Rodriguez; kept me informed the entire time. Fantastic experience all around. My wife and I will be coming back for all our Ford maintenance from here on out. More

Everything was great except for the amount of time that we spent getting the deal done. We also had to bring vehicle back to get an inspection so vehicle could be registered.
