Took the stress out of the purchasing process I had a pleasant car purchasing experience at Liberty Subaru. Daniel Rovelli was my sales person, and he was great. He patiently showed me a number o I had a pleasant car purchasing experience at Liberty Subaru. Daniel Rovelli was my sales person, and he was great. He patiently showed me a number of Foresters that I had identified in their inventory on-line. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. I appreciate him taking the time to thoroughly cover details. He took the stress out of the car shopping and purchasing process. I am very pleased with my certified pre-own 2016 Forester in the interior and exterior colors I wanted. I recommend Liberty Subaru and Daniel. More

Very Knowledgeable and Great Inventory Selection I called the Emerson Subaru dealership prior to arriving to setup a test drive for two vehicles I was looking to purchase. They had the Blue WRX CVT a I called the Emerson Subaru dealership prior to arriving to setup a test drive for two vehicles I was looking to purchase. They had the Blue WRX CVT and Black Legacy 3.6R in stock, which were the two vehicles that were on my long list of cars to test drive. Dan Rovelli was very professional on the phone, knowledgeable during the test drive and had great follow up via phone and email, to my several questions, after the test drive. Even though I ended up purchasing another brand of vehicle that I was looking at I would highly recommend using Dan if you'll be buying from Emerson Subaru. He made sure I enjoyed the test drive by adjusting the several modes for the WRX and was very low pressure to work with. I hopefully will buy our next vehicle from him. More

Great Experience! I went in to look a pre-owned WRX hatchback, already knew I wanted the car, it was just a matter of how good of a price I would get and if anyone woul I went in to look a pre-owned WRX hatchback, already knew I wanted the car, it was just a matter of how good of a price I would get and if anyone would approach me at all to try and sell me something. I've been to a lot of dealerships where no one even flinches to help me out, but here, it wasn't the case. I was outside, checking out the car and Dan R. came right out within 5 minutes and introduced himself and we got to talking. He sat down with me and asked what price I had in mind and we worked it out from there. I was happy with the price I got for the car and my trade-in. Went in the next day to put a deposit down and that was that. The experience was hassle free and took very little time. Definitely recommend this dealership and Dan Rovelli! More

Knowledgeable and Stress Free, Ask for Dan R. When we came to look around, and had no intention of purchasing a car, Dan R. showed us all the models and features and helped us narrow down the car When we came to look around, and had no intention of purchasing a car, Dan R. showed us all the models and features and helped us narrow down the car that we were looking for. He NEVER once pressured us to buy before we were ready and was very knowledgeable and patient (my mom asks lots and lots of questions). By the time we decided to get the Subaru, we contacted Dan R. and within the day he had found us a car that met our exact needs. . It had what we wanted without any unwanted add-ons or unnecessary features. (I had called around to other Subaru dealers and they inundated me with emails/calls and could not match Liberty's price/ inventory). One of the best things about the experience is that Dan R. accommodated our hectic work schedules and went out of his way to make sure that we felt comfortable with purchasing the car. I must have called him 20 times during the process and he always responded and was very kind. This was my first time purchasing a car and probably my mother's tenth time. Dan R. made it a pleasant and exciting experience for both of us and we couldn't have asked for more. More

Subaru Cars sell themselves! This was my second visit to this dealership, the first I can't even remember the gentleman name, as I felt he was not too interested in showing me any This was my second visit to this dealership, the first I can't even remember the gentleman name, as I felt he was not too interested in showing me any cars. Didn't even offer for me brochure or to test drive. So I was hesitate to go back, but I did as my husband was with me then. Dan Rovelli came right up to us as soon as we walked in, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. If Dan was unsure, he found out the information right away to convey to us. As my husband and I review the numbers and decided on which path--lease or purchase, Dan would email us and call to see if there was anything else he could provide. There was no pressure at all, however nothing Dan could control, the guys who make the deals weren't able to negotiate the numbers we were looking for. Which for I'm sorry that Dan Rovelli didn't get to sell me the Outback I was looking for. More
