We were so beyond pleased to work with Darryn during the purchase of our new car. Going into the process we were hesitant and resistant. But Darryn provided a calm, informative, and super fun experience for purchase of our new car. Going into the process we were hesitant and resistant. We knew immediately after our first few hours with him that no matter what we purchased, we wanted to complete the process with him. Darryn also gave us the space we needed to make our own informed decisions without ANY pressure. And wow, what a relief that was! He helped us find our true dream car and worked with us to make it possible. I still can’t believe how blessed I am every time I sit in my new 4Runner & am forever grateful for Darryn & the Toyota team for making it happen! More

I bought a car from Beaver Toyota in 2021 and had a decent experience. However when I got to finance I wasn’t explained to that the warranties were adding to my loan. I was recently in need of another decent experience. However when I got to finance I wasn’t explained to that the warranties were adding to my loan. I was recently in need of another car and decided to go back to Beaver since it didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth and I know Toyotas are good cars. I encountered a salesman named Daniel. I told him all the boxes I needed checked and all the ones that were a hard no. I don’t feel like he listened to my needs at all. Instead he tried to convince me into a car that I had already told him I do not want. I asked numerous times how much my trade in would be and never got an answer until I was ready to leave. I even brought my car the day before I was ready to test drive to give them time to get a number back to me. I knew how much I could afford with how much the minimum blue book value would be. Then I was offered 2K less than what it would be valued at despite that I still had an extended warranty and have had my car serviced by Beaver since I bought it brand new in ‘21. I highly doubt I will ever go back to Beaver as the way they try to ask you how much you can afford each month instead of giving you upfront numbers on cars and trade ins. I really had hoped the second time there would have been a better experience but it only got worse. More
