From our initial phone conversation when he stated he wanted to meet with me and my husband at a time that would “maximize our customer service experience” to his professionalism, knowledge of Audi brand, advice and recommendations, I truly felt he had our best interest in mind. We were given his undivided attention and utmost respect from the moment we walked into the dealership and Mr. Steven took a somewhat complicated situation and went above and beyond to help resolve it. We were also impressed with Mr. Marcus Robbins, as he was very professional, kept us up to date during the entire process and worked tirelessly to ensure we were given the best possible deal. Many hours later, after considering several options, my husband and I walked out with a beautiful, 2019 Q5! Please commend Daniel and Marcus for their outstanding customer service and for fulfilling the Audi of Charlotte Mission Statement. It was definitely worth the drive of over 100 miles, as our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. We are Audi of Charlotte customers for life! More
