Peppi Bonocore made a potentially difficult end-of-lease transition quick and clean with no pressure, doing everything he could to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I received a lot of emails from many different dealerships. I went to several dealerships that basically hounded me to see their cars and tried to push me into a cars I knew I didn’t want. Not with Audi Charlotte. My salesman Daniel Steven was great! We found a car in my price range. Then asked for information on the car. Daniel was right there just before closing to call me and set up an appointment for the next morning. Which turned out to be a blessing. Because over night the same car became very popular. But I was the first one to enquirer on the car and Daniel held the car for me to see first. Great Move!!! Because that same car is sitting in my driveway right now. I thank Audi Charlotte for give me a great car buying experience. Hassle free!!!! I would recommend Audi Charlotte to everyone and when I do I will tell them to get with Daniel Steven. This might sound odd, but he became our favorite auto sales rep even though we have not purchased a vehicle yet (a couple of options we wanted were not on the vehicle we drove). Daniel is very personable, enthusiastic about the Audi brand, knowledgeable, sincere, and made the whole experience fun. In follow up communication he demonstrated that he really listened to what we wanted and has been actively pursuing other potential purchase options. More
