I was unhappy with delay in diagnosis on my car, I would have to pay for rental. I had someone else repair my car, the customer service people with you are very friendly and helpful. I arrived at my appointment on time and entered the small service office where I was not acknowledged for 15 minutes while I stood and waited. They all looked too busy to help me and I finally had to interru service office where I was not acknowledged for 15 minutes while I stood and waited. They all looked too busy to help me and I finally had to interrupt one of them to let them know I was there. They finally took my car back 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and received a message that my appointment time had been changed to 30 min after what it originally was due to them being late. I also asked if they could diagnose why my airbag light was on. They said I would have to make an appointment for this a week later and the diagnosis alone would take 4 days and I would have to rent a car. I took my car to another local service place where they were able to diagnose and fix the airbag problem in 2 days and gave me a loaner car which saved me a lot of time and money. The Hyundai service dept has always been pretty good in the past but they seemed to have gone downhill lately. I was disappointed. More
