First, we were informed that Sherri's car needed the 100K service and what all that entailed. Chris was thorough in describing that. He then created an estimate for the total cost and the time required to co service and what all that entailed. Chris was thorough in describing that. We made an appointment for first thing on Tuesday 9/12, so the job would hopefully be completed in 5 or 6 hours (driving 165 miles from Alamosa to Colorado Springs and 165 miles back, I wanted it done as quickly as possible). Chris Sherban was able to schedule Eric Conrad for our technician (his familiarity with the job would enable quick completion). I checked in at 7:45am and left Penkhus at 2pm, allowing me plenty of time for my return trip to Alamosa confident that the service performed on Sherri's car was absolutely 1st class! I highly recommend Penkhus Volvo to anyone wanting the best service for their vehicle. More
