Great Experience At Wilde Toyota Purchased a 2015 last week and had a great experience at Wilde working with Dan McDonell. I have purchased 4 new cars since 2003 and this transaction at Wilde was my best experience. I've purchased three new Toyota cars and my wife and I each a Toyota. I traded my car in and got a very fair trade-in price. The purchase was not a car from the lot but the color, style and model car I wanted! Dan helped me get THAT car. During the paperwork portion Kyle from the Business department was avery welcome asset. Thanks to Dan, Kyle and Wilde Toyota, I really LIKE my new Venza XLE. Side note: The car I traded had N2 filled tires and I do believe they increase tire life. I made an appointment the next day to have the tires charged with N2; Service Dept. was prompt, organized and I really was in and out. As a result, I will have future Service accomplished at Wilde Toyota. More

Bought a New 2015 Prius! Dan McDonell was one of the best car salesmen that I have ever worked with! Enjoyed the experience! Entire staff at Wilde Toyota was excellent and a Dan McDonell was one of the best car salesmen that I have ever worked with! Enjoyed the experience! I am not one to normally write reviews, good or bad. I feel like I need to break this into two areas to give credit where it is due. I was in to purchase a new car, and have looked at Don Jacobs as well a feel like I need to break this into two areas to give credit where it is due. I was in to purchase a new car, and have looked at Don Jacobs as well as Jack Safro. Offer -- Overall, the offer seemed reasonable up front. The fair purchase price was within $200 of what I found on autotrader and other avenues online. Our trade-in was definitely on the low side, but they came up $1,200 from their original offer. They use Edmunds, and have some wiggle room. Our original salesman was frustrated when I pulled up Edmunds, typed my information in, and saw that he was still quoting significantly lower than it was listed. (Hence them coming up) My wife and I walked out, and looked at Honda across the street, as well as other dealerships. We chose to come back to Wilde to purchase, when I was promised a price both on the phone and via e-mail. When we sat down to sign paperwork, they had still not given me a purchase agreement. I asked for one, and was surprised to see the purchase price $3,500 MORE than what we had agreed on both on the phone AND via e-mail. Our salesman went to print the e-mail and brought it back. Clear, and in writing, was the purchase price we had agreed on. He called his manager, and they told us that the salesman had made an error, and they could not sell the car for that price. All of that being said (thank you if you're still reading...)... this is not what ultimately made our decision to leave. CUSTOMER SERVICE - The customer service was atrocious. I never received a phone call instigated by them. Everything was done on my end. I was promised e-mails and phone calls by certain times, and I had to reach out hours later to see what was going on. I was given the run-around numerous times through the process. They were nearly lucky that the cars sell themselves. I will be purchasing the car from Jack Safro for the reasonable price that was originally quoted, and where I have also had significantly better customer service. More

The majority of my time and interaction with Wilde Toyota was via email with the internet sales department specifically, with Michael Schalk and Chad Wojtysiak. If it weren’t for Chad I wouldn’t own a Toyot was via email with the internet sales department specifically, with Michael Schalk and Chad Wojtysiak. If it weren’t for Chad I wouldn’t own a Toyota today. Working with Chad was an absolute pleasure and I can say without any reservation this was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had ever, thanks Chad you’re awesome. And Travis (Finance Department) was outstanding; Travis went above and beyond to research the best rate for my loan, thanks Travis you’re awesome too. Everyone I dealt with: Michael, Danney, Amy and the porter (a very nice older Hispanic gentleman) were all great, my thanks to everyone for all your hard work and support in getting my in and out so quickly. And Toyota I have to say you really got it right with the Venza; what a car- it’s the perfect blend of family (utility) and sports car. It’s roomy kind of a quasi station wagon, but it’s also one the sexiest rides on the street, muscular with its flared fenders, 20 inch rims & low profile rubber, & powerful, I love V6 engine is so sweet I don’t ever want to drive anything else. Dan was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the 2010 Prius. We had gone to another dealership to check out the Prius and he knew nothing about the vehicle. I started car reasearch on the internet with a few different dealers (toyota. I knew the car I wanted, becuase I researched the one I liked from toyota's main website. I sent in request for quote to different dealers (toyota. I knew the car I wanted, becuase I researched the one I liked from toyota's main website. I sent in request for quote to a few different dealers. Within a very short time, less than 2hrs I recieved a response back from Erica (internet sales) with a quote. (the other dealers took much longer, in fact a day or two. Thus I knew Wilde was intersted in my business, and they had the card I wanted. So in follow up, sent a few mails back and forth between Erica and I asking questions and recieving quick responses. I liked that much. I sent the final mail, and it took a little longer (this was a day or two later) and found out Erica was on vacation. But somehow Chad got the mail and responded to me. I was very pleased with the whole initial process, especially since I hadent bought a car in over 6 yrs. It then proceded to phone calls, and more questions and great answers. all I talked with walked me through everything and took the time to answer my questions carefully. I also really liked that they all took this time. I decided I wanted to buy the car, and put a downpayment hold on it, and setup an appointment. This was in early afternoon. had a couple of other questions regarding where I was going in the dealer for my appointment (as dealers are big places) got phone call later that same evening at like 8pm. I was suprised that so much time was taken to really take care of my needs, and as of this point I had not even talked to anyone in person. was all by phone & email. It continued to get better when I showed up for my appointment to buy the car. Everyone involved was very nice, and took care of me very well. My salesperson Danney was great. I found him, and immediately he asked if I needed coffee or water or something befoer we even got started. When we were getting into looking at what it would take to get this done, he explained all of the paperwork, and if I had a question as to if I filled everything out ok, or was missing anything, or filled out wrong, he was right there to help (I am meticulolus and want to make sure everything is right) after initial paperwork was submitted, he took the time to go thru all of the manuals and explained everything in detail. (in all this time I got to meet chris and a few others at the dealer too and all were very friendly and great) As soon as we got done at the desk with books and paperwork, Danney took me out to see my new car, and it was awesome, clean and shiny, explained some of the features at that time and generally got to look it over which was awesome. After we got back in the paperwork was ready in financing, and I got to meet the finance person (forgive me I cant remember his name right now) but he was great too, explaining every piece of paperwork in detail, explaining the coverages availiable. He also worked hard to get the monthly payment where I wanted it and it was right on target. Everything in finance went real smoothly too just like the rest of my experience so far. After getting done with all of the paperwork and particulars of moneys and such. I got to go out to my new car with the keys. Danney took me out and showed me some more of what the car does now that we could start it up. (also by the time I was out of finance my license plates were already transfered) so when I got out to take possession of my new car everything was ready. After thanking everybody involved for a great experience, better than I have ever had buying a car before, I was on my way home with my new car yaaay! I really loved working with everybody at the dealer, and found it really enjoyable. I would definately recommend Wilde to anyone that asks me to buy a car. It is an Awesome dealership, and everyone is wonderful to work with. I recommend that Wilde gets a five star dealer award, or whatever is availiable for the whole dealership, because everybody there really deserves it! Thanks all for the great experience and all the help. I look forward to seeing you when I bring it in for scheduled service. and also when I am looking to replace my baby (car).
