Came in after a serious accident and Danney was attentive and understanding. He took care of everything in a timely manner. Go with Dan and Ian if you like the hard sell. I had a lease coming due and I needed a new car. I should have walked out. I was talked down for hours to told the prices of everything are higher than what lease coming due and I needed a new car. I should have walked out. I was talked down for hours to told the prices of everything are higher than what I read online or at other dealers. My credit was far worse than the last time I purchased a lease for some reason and I couldn't get the same rate. After about 3 hours of exhaustion producing bank statements, pay slips and utility bills I got to finance. I wasn't done yet. Gap insurance, extra mileage coverage and theft protection, I needed these because of my credit. Somewhere after the 5 hour mark I left with the car I needed with a payment that was nearly two times my last lease. Please don't make the the mistake I did. We have had great luck with other sales associates but finance is always a gauntlet of surprises, scams and add-ons. Read the reviews of other of people who are in finance if you don't believe me. It's all true. More

I have had my new 2021 Highland for a month now and I can truly say how much I enjoy it as well as my experience in settling on it and the purchasing process! Dan McDonell made this all happen as he has done truly say how much I enjoy it as well as my experience in settling on it and the purchasing process! Dan McDonell made this all happen as he has done in the past for our family. This Highlander will make it the 7th purchase from him and the team at Wilde Toyota. Dan listened to my needs and made suggestions that I had not fully thought of like taking another look at the 2nd row captain’s seats. All my past vehicles had bench seats and that was the direction I was going in, because it was familiar. I love them now as do all my passengers. One aspect which is part of the buying process, is going through the business department but here too, it was a pleasant experience because we worked with Phill Lo again. He understood what our needs were and moved us through the department answering all our questions in a smooth and orderly manner. I cannot say enough about the great vehicles Toyota makes and the people at Wilde Toyota. I will be back to purchase more vehicles when the time comes! More
