I was looking for a pre-certified 2011 toyota highlander on bayridge toyota's website and I found a highlander I was interested in and ask for more info. and qickly I had a response from Nicole savelli, she was very pleasant to work with, after a few emails we set up an appointment. and a day before Amy call to say that she was there to help me when I came to the showroom. So I met amy and she introduce me to Ali, very nice salesman and we work out a good deal with him and Danny chan on the highlander, that I decided to buy a pre-certified 2010 camry also, then Ali introduce me to Freddy Velez a very nice gentleman and he did all the final paperwork . I am very happy with both of my cars. I use to buy my cars from another dealership but NOT anymore. Thanks to this no hassle team of Bayridge Toyota. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to work with this team of: Ali, Nicole, Amy, Danny, Freddy. The Best.

The gentlemen were professional. Derrick did as much as he could in assisting us with our selection. He was very knowledge and straight forward. Follow up discussion was had with Mustafa, who was a senior sales manager.

Bay Ridge Toyota has been a wonderful experience for me. I have been dealing with so many of the staff there since I owned my first Rav 4 right thru to my 8th Rav 4, the 2013. Each and every member of the staff, whether it be in sales, finance, or service has been very courteous and respectful. They make it a friendly experience and make you feel like you are family to them (I am not related to any of them). From the top and in no order of preference, a great big thank you to Michael Iannelli, Danny Chan, C J Giuffre, Jason Manos, Michael Scarpa, Anthony Nespoli, Miguel Collado, you make buying a new car easy. I have been dealing with this dealer for 6 years. I am on my third Camery Lease.
I have never had such good service in over 30 years of car ownership.
First - the cars have been mechanically sound. Not one mechanical probloem in 6 years. The mileage and operation were exactly as promised.
Second - the staff at this dealership really care about service. Any issue that I had, any question that I asked was dealt with and or answered immedatly.
They bent over backwards to make each of the three leases work.
They fix what needs fixing and do it right the first time.

I went to Bay Ridge Toyota and asked specifically for Raza, as he had gotten great reviews on this site. Raza and his team, including his boss Danny, their point of contact, Brian, and the financier, Jason, were wonderful to work with. I've bought cars at other dealerships where they have tried to swindle me, sell me unnecessary items and generally treated me as if I didn't know what I was doing. Raza and his team were always respectful, never pressured me into buying something I didn't want and kept to their word when we made the deal. I enjoyed working with them and in two years, when it's time to lease another car, I look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend Bay Ridge Toyota and Raza and his team.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used RAV4 from Bay Ridge Toyota. The staff, including, Mike Ianelli, Danny Chan, Jerry Rosario and Michael Schwartz were all accommodating, helpful and answered all questions my husband and I had. We did not feel rushed or pressured. Finalizing the sale was a breeze and all the paperwork and financing was completed in a timely manner. This dealership is first class in regards to service, reliability and ease of sale. I would highly recommend Bay Ridge Toyota.

I had a wonderful experience leasing a new RAV4 from Bay Ridge Toyota. Danny and his team were helpful in quickly organizing all necessity paperwork, registration and in insurance documents for my lease. As a radio host, I have advertised Bay Ridge Toyota for years but I never had a chance to become a customer. I'm glad I did, because my experience could not have been better. Even my dog (pug) loved Toyota very much!!

I also want to thank Valery Sankis for his enormous help and understanding. He has a real rapport with people. I declare him the "Hero of Toyota"!

Danny Chan along with Freddy Veter are the Best! I have been there since 2000 and will continue to lease/buy from bayRidge along with sending friends and family to Bay Ridge Toyota . No one can touch Danny Chan when it comes to price and knowing what the costumer's needs are.They are totally professional and a great asset to Bay Ridge Toyota . 5 Stars.
