Excellent dealership and great customer service dept I have been buying my Cadillacs from Paul Conte for years. They are always so courteous and such a pleasure to deal with. Matthew Schaeffer! A few days ago I went to Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, NY to have my 2010 CTS serviced. The warranty on the car expired, so the cost to fix the pro A few days ago I went to Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, NY to have my 2010 CTS serviced. The warranty on the car expired, so the cost to fix the problem was way to much! After talking with Matthew Schaeffer, I drove out in a brand new 2016 ATS! It took a few hours because I was so unsure about a few things! Matthew was Amazing, he was so nice, knowledgeable, personable, polite, funny, and most of all patience! I asked a million questions most of them two and three times and his mood never changed he was great! I left completely satisfied and sure I made the right decision. I have been a customer at Paul Conte for many years and have always been treated great by everyone there! More

Over the years the Service Department has made my car service experience excellent and superior to anything I ever experienced on the outside. These men always go out of their way for all their customers. It was made obvious to me because I recently had an occasion to deal with another non Cadillac dealer and there was no comparison to the quality of Sales and Service that you get at Paul Conte. They take the time to explain things to the customer and really care far beyond the call of duty. Without Ed , Shai, Tom , Danny and Abe, the place would not be the same. I consider them family. Getting my car serviced there is a pleasurable experience and they have my complete trust.The techicians are knowledgable and take the time to explain everything which is always appreciated. They always go above and beyond in emergencies and for that I am grateful. My car issues are always resolved and I am always completely satisfied. As far as Sales goes, its always a pleasure to buy cars from Paul Conte Cadillac. The experience is so wonderful I wish I could do it every year. Their knowledge of the car and the attention to detail they give their customers is beyond compare and I cannot imagine going to another dealership. More

Awful to superb because of Danny Gianinni/Shai Nadav We initially brought our 2006 Cadillac Deville in for service on 6/27/14 because of an awful loud noise it made while braking and shaking at 50-60 MPH We initially brought our 2006 Cadillac Deville in for service on 6/27/14 because of an awful loud noise it made while braking and shaking at 50-60 MPH. I was told it was the transmission and the routers. So a new transmission was installed and the routers refinished. I paid $919.28 and my car sounded and rode as if nothing was done. I brought it in 2 more times, the final time the routers were replaced, still no resolution of the issue. My husband and I have owned a Cadillac for the past 20 years or so and have always been very satisfied when working with Danny Giannini. But we were not satisfied with the work done this initial service visit and Danny was NOT the one taking care of us, he was not working at that time. We didn't bring the car back for a few months as I thought the routers perhaps just needed to be broken in. Since it did not get better, we brought the car to a personal mechanic and he drove the car and said it was the routers. He did no work on the car, we just got his opinion. My husband called Danny Giannini, the gentleman who always took care of our car for service. He finally got everything taken care of. He spoke with the service manager, Shai Nadav, who waived all charges for the service. We cannot say enough about Danny. He has always ensured good service, always kept us informed of any work that needed to be done and got our approval prior to working on the car. We have always been satisfied with the service when Danny was on the case. And now my car runs like a Cadillac, smooth and quiet! And we commend Shai for waiving the fee on the last service, it was the right thing to do. Please ensure that Danny and Shai are acknowledged for their professionalism and customer service. It is because of them that we will not hesitate to recommend Paul Conte Cadillac for service as well as car purchase. More

They really know how to take care of people I started coming to this service department after the dealer I got my car from let me down. I have been extremely happy ever since. On a recent visit to have a leaking tire looked at, my SA really went the extra mile. First off, I did not have an appointment but they took me right in anyway. Turns out I needed two new tires because they were badly worn. They only had one, but would be able to order another one and have them both installed same day. Since this would take a long time, they set me up in a service loaner (something I wasn't entitled to since this was not warranty work). All I can say is great customer service and I would recommend them. More

I had my first breakdown with my 2011 Cadillac CTS after 40000 miles of trouble free driving. The staff at Paul Conte Cadillac notably Danny Gianinni were ready to respond to my predicament in a first class 40000 miles of trouble free driving. I was concerned about how my wife's Cadillac DTS was running. Even though the car had not been purchased at Paul Conte Cadillac I called for a service appointment on a Saturday morning. A loaner car was waiting when I arrived. I was greeted by Danny the service advisor at Paul Conte Cadillac. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I requested a thorough inspection of the car be performed as I sensed the car just didn't seem to be running right. Danny assured me a complete inspection would be made. I then knew I was in good hands. As I suspected repairs were required. Danny keep me informed as what needed to be done. The work was done right, timely and at a fair price. When I arrived to pick up the car Danny took me through the checklist of the items inspected and repairs made. He made the process one of the best experiences I have had at a Cadillac dealership! More
