Great Patience and Customer Service I walked in the door and was greeted with smiles and laughter. As I was unsure of the purchase of the XC90, Kelvin was very patient to ensure I select I walked in the door and was greeted with smiles and laughter. As I was unsure of the purchase of the XC90, Kelvin was very patient to ensure I selected the trim that would be best for me. He volunteered to let my mom and I take as many test drives and needed to ensure I selected the perfect Volvo for my style. Upon selection, manager Dan ensured that I received the deal and monthly payment I requested. Carlos, from the finance team was a filled with laughter and jokes to make me comfortable and relaxed as I finished up the purchasing process! I will definitely return in the future. More
