Outstanding service from the entire team, lead by Danny. I recently bought a 2021 V60 cross country wagon. My "perfect" car was not on the lot. They quickly located a car that had what I wanted particularly exterior and interior colors. The car which they had "perfect" car was not on the lot. They quickly located a car that had what I wanted particularly exterior and interior colors. The car which they had on the lot in two days had a few options I would not have chosen but since Volvo had 5 years of zero percent financing it was immaterial. I specifically want to single out Danny Krebs , general manager and Gus Deeb who patiently tutored me on several occasions on how to use my new c are many features. Bill Willey, a seasoned professional handled the paperwork in a timely and professional manner. I have had 7 Mercedes Wagons and my new Volvo certainly measures up to them and at a considerably lower price. I look forward to a long relationship with Lindsay. More

Had to wait 3 weeks for service, had 8 am appointment, car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for f car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for filling washer fluid when service was performed a week before. I informed Service Dept that I had an oil change and this service was included. Not a friendly atmosphere. More

Great selection, however, there were some issues with the processes of my purchase. The dealer was helping multiple customers which left me in limbo for some time. After it was established that I was going t processes of my purchase. The dealer was helping multiple customers which left me in limbo for some time. After it was established that I was going to purchase the vehicle, it wasn't until a few hours from working the finalities with finance that the car was actually prepped for me to drive off in. The car was never serviced prior to me driving off in and had to go into another dealership two days later to have it checked when the engine light came on.. Even there, they stated that those things that they corrected should have been completed before I left the dealership. When the other dealership lifted the hood, if was filled with leaves indicating that the car was minimally prepped at the original dealership. Updates to the vehicle's software was also lacking and completed via the other dealership during the turn in for service. All in all the car was in need of multiple maintenance issue which I feel should have been done prior to selling or being driven off of the lot. More

Mr. Dionte our salesman was excellent across the entire (Care by Volvo) Subscription process. He displayed detailed knowledge and provided pertinent information about our (2020) S60/T5 Momentum (Advance (Care by Volvo) Subscription process. He displayed detailed knowledge and provided pertinent information about our (2020) S60/T5 Momentum (Advanced Package). Even when faced with circumstances beyond his control he continued to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and maintained continuous communication with us to resolution.
