I wanted to check out trade-in options for my 2020 Kia Soul. Roger "Chris" Napier of the Sales team listened to my parameters. We discussed options. He brought up 2 versions of a 2022 Kia Soul for a side- Soul. Roger "Chris" Napier of the Sales team listened to my parameters. We discussed options. He brought up 2 versions of a 2022 Kia Soul for a side-by-side comparison. Chris was easy to work with. Answered my questions. Provided detailed options. Got everything set up. Introduced me to John, the Finance Manager, who also was helpful and detailed in explanations and answers to my questions. Danny Smith, Internet Sales Manager, expertly facilitated the processing Couple hours later, I dove off the lot in my brand new Kia after it had just arrived off the truck the night before. Super experience. Highly recommend. 5 Stars PLUS. More

Chris Napier, Chris Jensen and Danny Smith all worked together in putting me in the car I really wanted. I came in April 2021 I walked away with a 2021 Kia Soul GT and although it’s a great vehicle it together in putting me in the car I really wanted. I came in April 2021 I walked away with a 2021 Kia Soul GT and although it’s a great vehicle it just didn’t meet my needs. After 8 months I decided to go take a peak and see what they could do, since used cars are a hot item right now, why not.? Well I’m so glad I did. I not only got top dollar for the Soul but I came home with the vehicle I really wanted in the beginning. You guys rock. I know personally this is the only place I will do my shopping. What a great crew, easy to talk to without the pressure. Great job guys and thanks again More

I came into Crown Kia yesterday with the lowest of low expectations of what I was going to drive away with. A 2011 with 150k+ miles on it that was giving me problems that I was heavily upside down on. Ale expectations of what I was going to drive away with. Alex, Danny and the whole finance team worked tirelessly for EIGHT HOURS to get me into a car I loved and at a price I loved even more. I even had to leave at one point (not expecting to be there as long as I was) to go to my bridal fitting. The guys at Crown Kia even sent me off in a loaner car until I could get back from my fitting to finish the buying process. Obviously stressed, the finance department (and I’m so sorry but I didn’t get his name but he was amazing AND hysterical) asked me to wait just five more minutes. He came out to me and was able to knock off an additional $50 a month, bring my interest rate down 5% and get me even more in terms of warranties. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience from the guys here at Crown Kia. I felt like part of the team after being there the whole day. I walked out with a brand spanking new 2022 Kia Soul! So to Alex, Danny, the phenomenal man in finance who handled my car buying experience, and the ENTIRE TEAM…BRAVO!!!! I’ve been a crown customer for years and you just guaranteed me in for at least another 7 😉 More
