Devin Devine, my sales representative, and Danny Smith in management went above and beyond to help me with securing my lease on a new auto. They both talked with my son and arranged to bring the new car out management went above and beyond to help me with securing my lease on a new auto. They both talked with my son and arranged to bring the new car out to my condo for a test drive and approval. Next day the detailed Kia Soul was delivered by Devin Devine to my condo and all paperwork was signed in the hallway outside of my condo with Devin and I keeping our 6 ft distance. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction in spite of the pandemic restrictions. Waril Kattaria in the finance department had all paperwork ready for me to pick up the next business day. More

Danny was patient with me as I had many questions. Danny returned my emails/text promptly. Danny made sure my needs were met and left lines of communication open. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Danny and Crown Kia. Upon delivery of my new vehicle, Blake Rexford contacted me when he was on his way to deliver. When Blake arrived, he was polite, respectful, and patient l because I wanted to check the car inside and out. Once the inspection of the car was done to my satisfaction, Blake went through each paper that needed to be signed and explained each page to us. Blake was extremely knowledgable when explaining each page and answered all my questions without hesitation. Overall, Danny and Blake were fabulous and would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Both gentlemen were professional at all times. Thanks again for all your help!! More

Kia Telluride Purchase 1. Mr. Lance Dokes was the sales consultant during the purchase of our 2020 Kia Telluride. He call and notified us that the vehicle arrived on 28 Ma 1. Mr. Lance Dokes was the sales consultant during the purchase of our 2020 Kia Telluride. He call and notified us that the vehicle arrived on 28 March 2020. We visited Crown Kia dealership on that day and Mr. Doke showed us the vehicle, then explain the financial process. He scheduled an appointment for us to come back on 30 March 202 and when we arrived all essential documents were ready for completion with our interactions and signatures. He was very professional, courteous, and willing to provide far beyond what we expected. We really understood the country, state, and local guidelines based on the coronavirus state of emergency. Mr. Dokes was well versed of the policies and this made us feel more comfortable during the financial process. He also provided us a very thorough orientation of the vehicle and optional features, even though it was 90F as he stood outside at that time. 2. This is not our first time doing business with Crown dealerships, but is the first time with Crown Kia. Thanks to Mr. Lance Dokes, this will not be our last time with Crown Kia. 3.
