I brought my car in because a panel near the undercarriage was hanging loose. Initially the item would need to be replaced, but they found they could simply reattach it with equal success, so th undercarriage was hanging loose. The salesman was great! Upper management not so good!! When we were ready to pick the car up and take it, paperwork was not done, the license plate was not ready. They had to go and print it! They only gave us one key and told us we did not have an extra key and the car was half full of gas!!! After spending over $57,000 do you think they would accommodate!! Took 2 weeks to get the windshield fixed and car delivered. Way to long. The rate quoted for financing was twice the going rate and not competitive at all. Finally finance manager seemed offended w delivered. Way to long. The rate quoted for financing was twice the going rate and not competitive at all. Finally finance manager seemed offended we did not want an extended warranty. The only positive was our personal rep Danny who treated us with respect and even delivered the vehicle to us. More
