Our sales rep Matthew McMillian was well versed in all the options of the MKZ, he demonstrated each function during our test drive showing us what to expect before we took a try. Blayne Morrow did a fantastic job getting us the best deal possible. Darren Hollingerset up our financing thru Ford credit making the whole process almost painless. Once plates and insurance were in place, Matthew assisted in the personal items transfer, changed out the nice fancy floor mats for the rubber mud guard type and set up our smart phones. This is our third purchase from this dealership and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends, family or anyone else who requires a new/used vehicle . More

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership, so I was very nervous and unsure of myself heading into the experience. I HIGHLY recommend Derek to any future buyers, as he created a relaxed, comfortable environment, and he was not pushy whatsoever. He does a great job of listening and understanding what you are looking for, and making the best recommendation based on that. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles and works hard to ensure that you understand every feature and aspect of the vehicle and its capabilities. I am very glad I worked with Derek purchasing my vehicle, because it honestly felt like I was purchasing a vehicle from an old buddy. Even after purchasing the vehicle and coming back for pick-up, Derek helped to ensure that everything was finalized and even worked with me to personalize, and give me a tutorial of, all of the features and options of the vehicle. I met with sales manager Jarrod Ursu, who like Derek, ensured that the process of buying a new vehicle was a relaxed, fun and enjoyable experience. They are both very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable of their business, so they are ideal resources if you have any questions. i worked with Darren Hollinger in Financing, who was also very helpful and beneficial in explaining the different financing, warranty and other package options. Again, he created a relaxed atmosphere and listened to what you are looking for to ensure the customer was satisfied. With all three employees showing these traits, my overall opinion of the dealership is fantastic, as I really appreciate the effort they put into listening to the voice of the customer, and being very relaxed and helpful rather than aggressive or pushy. I haven't the foggiest idea about cars and was super nervous when I started looking for my first, coz I was afraid I would be totally ripped off...yes, had heard loads of nightmare stories from friends nervous when I started looking for my first, coz I was afraid I would be totally ripped off...yes, had heard loads of nightmare stories from friends and family. I looked around and when I got to Capital Ford Lincoln, Jonathan Barabash's friendly unpretentious manner quickly set me at ease. He never once gave me the sense that he was talking down at me or impatient and the litmus test was handling my super expressive friend "Lucia". He did so with ease! Jonathan got what I wanted straight away and answered all the questions my friend and I had. I had had a Toyota Rav 4 in mind...told him my budget and we test drove a Ford Escape and I looooved it!! Darren Hollinger was great about explaining the financials and insurance, being new to the country that was so appreciated and he was so gracious about alterations I wanted. Adrien Dennis was interesting and when chatting with Jonathan and him, I got a better sense of the car and the really cool thing is I felt no pressure from them for me to buy. I would most definitely recommend Capital Ford Lincoln and recommend they work with Jonathan coz they helped transform a seemingly daunting task into a really simple and clear one. Did I mention I love my car....yup...TOTALLY!! More
