Dave Dimatteo presented himself in a very friendly manner, however, quickly changed his tune when I contacted him within one day of leasing a car and finding it to be totally not as he explained it. T manner, however, quickly changed his tune when I contacted him within one day of leasing a car and finding it to be totally not as he explained it. The vehicle did not live up to his description. He and the financial person would not take my call for weeks. By then, I no choice but to turn in the vehicle and lease another for almost double the monthly payment. I could actually hear Sal and other staff telling the receptionist they would not speak to me when I called. I was deeply hurt by the manner in which they handled this situation. Dave's answer to me was "well, you test drove the car". They took advantage of an elderly person during the most vulnerable time possible. More

Dave is the most knowledgeable Sales person at Kia not only have I bought a 2 Cars but I've brought 3 of my Friends who say they will never buy a car from any one else. I walked in and told Dave, my salesman, what I wanted as well as the terms, and I left with a better deal in less than an hour. All of the staff at Napoli was helpful, friendly, and responsive.
