Volvo of Lisle has Never Let Me Down I'm a loyal customer since 1996 when I bought my Volvo from Volvo of Lisle and I've been bringing it back for service ever since. The service staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go the extra mile to be sure that I'm satisfied. They are excellent listeners, too. When I have a problem I can't explain I'm always reassured and encouraged. The service techs are fabulous; they treat my car with loving care. Service That Went the Extra Mile We needed some major repairs to our Volvo XC90. One part was no longer under warranty, but there were extenuating circumstances that I thought should We needed some major repairs to our Volvo XC90. One part was no longer under warranty, but there were extenuating circumstances that I thought should be taken under consideration. I asked the guys in service if there was anything they could do to help me out. Dave called Volvo North America, and after talking with them, he called me back and said he understood my point and agreed to pick up the tab for this repair. That was an amazing act of compassionate customer service. The service department at Volvo of Lisle is a class act! More
