Had an emergency (overheating) and they fixed me up! My car overheated at lunch time on a Friday. I let it cool down, and drove into the dealership (about 2 miles from work) at around 3pm. They were ver My car overheated at lunch time on a Friday. I let it cool down, and drove into the dealership (about 2 miles from work) at around 3pm. They were very helpful, and drove me to a Hertz agency so I could get a rental for the weekend. I live about an hour away and had no other ride available. If you bought your car from the dealer, the rental process is much simpler - in fact I think they pay for it, not sure. Anyway, car was fixed and ready to go by noon on Monday. They even picked me up at Hertz and brought me back to the dealership. More

Letdown by Palm Coast Bought a Ford at Palm Coast and vehicle is Ford Certified but service was declined and informed that the door must rot through before it can be fixed. Bought a Ford at Palm Coast and vehicle is Ford Certified but service was declined and informed that the door must rot through before it can be fixed. There is a time frame involved within 2 years. Now I do have to go to elsewhere to get the car door repaired. More

Tire balancing Was concerned when they told me to get tire balancing, because factory weights were on car. I paid for that service last visit. So, evidently that service had not been done appropriately. When I brought that to their attention they took care of the balancing not charging me for the service. More

Pre-owned Certified SUV We recently purchased a pre-owned SUV -- The sticker said "Certified", which didn't mean much to me, until ..... After I brought the car home, I notic We recently purchased a pre-owned SUV -- The sticker said "Certified", which didn't mean much to me, until ..... After I brought the car home, I noticed two small dings in the windshield. I called the service department and they gave me a time to bring it in for repair. Not only did they repair it, they replaced the entire windshield, and because it took longer than expected, I was given a rental car until the work was done......Thank you. Gendra Sennello More

First Time Visit In summary, I left there NOT trusting this service station. The service tech was clear that they would charge me for a "diagnostic" service, even if In summary, I left there NOT trusting this service station. The service tech was clear that they would charge me for a "diagnostic" service, even if they were not able to fix the problem. He promised to call me with a quote to fix the issue, and he NEVER CALLED. He never called me with a quote, instead I was forced to reach out to him after almost 4 hours. He was EXTREMELY difficult to contact, and did not respond to my text or calls. I finally got a hold of someone else who promised to contact the tech (Dave) personally and would have him call me. When he finally called me, he had no information. Not until near the end of the day did he have a recommendation....a $900 fix. I did not believe that he had found the actual problem, and that he was simply trying to generate business. I did NOT trust him nor felt that he was confident in the fix. I will NOT likely return to this site, and would not recommend this place to anyone I know. More

Problem not resolved. Good Experience Dave Kollar was helpful and listened to my problem, however the Ford service department and Factory could not recreate my problem on my 2018 Ford Esca Dave Kollar was helpful and listened to my problem, however the Ford service department and Factory could not recreate my problem on my 2018 Ford Escape just SHUTTING DOWN AND LOSING ALL POWER WHILE DRIVING! This happened twice, once on the highway doing 75mph and another time on a local street while turning at an intersection. Imagine the fear of a vehicle just shutting down while doing 75mph. Needless to say I will not be taking this vehicle back and will be ordering another vehicle. More
