WOWED I called on the phone and talked with Dave Kraus and within minutes he sent me a quality video of my vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc I called on the phone and talked with Dave Kraus and within minutes he sent me a quality video of my vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, Marco Klovanish met me and got the ball rolling. He was superb, outstanding professionalism, and friendliness. I can’t say enough about Marco. He there every step of the way. Marco was a great advocate for making the transaction go smoothly. He was very instrumental in helping me to decide on purchasing my vehicle. Reggie Winkles in Service hooked me up with running boards for my vehicle which really complimented my truck. The Finance Team John Hughes and Robert Madonna was great In expediting to finance process. By far my overall experience was outstanding, I can truly say the Commercials said it all. “We here to Wow You”, and I got WOWED!!! More

UNRESPONSIVE, DECEPTIVE, APATHETIC SALES & FINANCE DEPT The Finance Department quoted loan rates and terms to lock in the sale; however, the contract was not be honored by any financial institution due to t The Finance Department quoted loan rates and terms to lock in the sale; however, the contract was not be honored by any financial institution due to the percentage rate and loan term. The "Finance Leader," Dustin Hughes, notified me 3 weeks after the sale that he was "getting a "hard time about the paperwork." He asked me to go to my credit union for "a couple of signatures" and told me he had already taken care of the paperwork so it shouldn't take long. When I arrived at my credit union, I realized he had done absolutely nothing and they had no knowledge of any paperwork. Dustin Hughes had sent me there to get my own financing. I called him and told him I did not appreciate him lying to me and making me look like a fool at my credit union. A few days later, I spoke to the Finance Director, Donald Cameron, who told me he had no idea where Dustin had gotten the interest rate and term. He seemed very apathetic about Dustin's motives for quoting unrealistic loan rates and terms. Instead, he suggested that I sign another contract through Southeast Toyota at a shorter term and higher interest rate which would result in a payment increase of more than $100 per month, which I refused. I tried to get some assistance from the "Customer Relations Leader," Nancy West, but she appeared to be unwilling to get involved. I arranged my own financing and contacted the salesman, David Kraus, about an amicable resolution. He said he would have one of his superiors call me. No one ever called. On the 48th day after the sale, I received a payment book in the mail. No one had the decency to notify me that the contract had been purchased 16 days earlier. I immediately called David Kraus to find out why no one had had the common courtesy to call me about the contract, and he seemed completely disinterested. When I asked him to have the General Manager, Nick Reuther, call me, his response sounded like it was an iffy proposition. I would definitely not recommend Beaver Toyota to anyone! Once the deal is documented, they are non-responsive and totally self-serving. During the sale, David Kraus promised service before, during, and after the sale. At the first sign of a problem, his whole attitude changed as he distanced himself from the situation. I have purchased 52 vehicles in my lifetime, and I have never experienced this type of deceptive, unethical business practices before. More
