I needed a good, safe, reliable vehicle but was not looking forward to dealing with the any dealership based on past experiences. A friend recommended Dave Lurie and I contacted him. To my surprise he was outstanding! He was professional, knowledgable, and actually listened to what I wanted in a vehicle! Dave didn't waste my time and told me all the options. Dave Lurie made car buying an easy process! I love the Chevy Equinox that I purchased and Dave Lurie was terrific! His co worker Michael Delaney was great too! He took the time to show me how to connect my phone to the vehicle and gave me all the information I needed to connect to on star also! I loved the way everyone helped everyone out there! Team work! Tom Gallager took care of the paperwork at the end and he too was great! I plan on buying all my future vehicles from Dave Lurie at Bredemann! I have told friends and family about my experience there and they plan to go there too! Thank you Dave! We love the car! More

Sales person DAVE LURIE and Manager, ARNIE ROWEN, are extraordinary by any standard.. At Bredemann Toyota, our experience was, far and away, the best we have ever had at any brand dealer--anywhere--and over decades. Dave and Arnie presented as genuine human beings interested in meeting the customer's needs. Dave knows the Toyota products well, and he informed, educated, and counseled us in his role as sales person. It was clear that he was experienced, and we were the beneficiaries of his wisdom. We entered the dealership focused on a Highlander but unsure about which model. Dave Lurie and Arnie Rowen each exhibited great support, patience, and gave us plenty of elbow room as we contemplated and navigated the decision-making process. We test drove several vehicles and made two trips to Bredemann in the process. They were earnest in working with us to arrive at a mutually agreeable price point. Jack Prato made the "business end" of the purchase a most efficient few minutes, and then we were out the door. Dave kindly helped us with understanding the car's technology which was all new to us. Throughout our experience, we experienced honesty, tolerance as we made our decisions, and a genuine spirit to please the customer on all levels. The quality of the people within the realm of our experience at Bredemann Toyota is second to none. More

Fantastic sales team Salesman Dave was awesome! He was professional, engaging and thoroughly explained car features. He didn't push for a sale even though I had to bring m Salesman Dave was awesome! He was professional, engaging and thoroughly explained car features. He didn't push for a sale even though I had to bring my spouse back another day to see the car. Once we decided to purchase, he took the time to explain questions about the invoice and we didn't experience "games" back and forth between him and the finance department. We got a great deal and he spent plenty of time making sure I understood how to operate the car before I drove away. The only damper on the experience: the finance associate who had us sign the closing papers was very friendly until we declined the extended warranty, then he was a bit terse. If "Very Good" was an option I would have picked 4.5 stars for that reason. But overall, our customer service experience was great. More

This is the 6th car we have purchased from the Bredemann family starting in 1978. We have purchased 1 Buick, 2 Toyota, 1 Lexus and 1 Scion, and now a RAV4. The RAV4 was made possible by our sales person, Dave Lurie, and the sales manager, Brian Monks. They were both a real pleasure to work with. With regard to their service department, they do a fine job in accommodating their customers. As far as we are concerned, they have a winning team of personnel! More
