I love my new Honda CRV ! My experience at Atlantic was wonderful. My salesman James Wells was terrific. He was very honest and respectful. Worst manners and leadership I am impressed with the poor management and customer care coming from the store sales manager at Atlantic Honda. It is a shame that Dave Moore did not I am impressed with the poor management and customer care coming from the store sales manager at Atlantic Honda. It is a shame that Dave Moore did not keep his posture and manners by not being able to listen to my concerns as a prospective buyer but getting unrespectful for not accepting his Opulent offers on a gecko when there were store specials for the holiday specials and other credits that I news I was qualified for. When I told him I wanted to bring to the table what Deductions would apply to my purchase he refused to answer and instead said that he could be using the time that he was sitting with me on supervising his employees or taking care of another sale. At that point I knew I was not being appreciated as a customer and wanted to leave immediately but he was correcting what he made already obvious that was only interested on set me on an deal that was out of my budget range. At the end he stood up from the desk talking to me on a high tone and with depreciation that I was a waste of time and jumped into the conclusion when telling to the salesman that I was not make a purchase; therefore, I was a waste of time. Really?? ... is that the leadership and manners that Atlantic Honda that the sales store manager teaches to the salesmen? I must say that the salesman was A+. He answered with great knowledge on the vehicles, invited me to a test drive and enjoyed the way he was leading me to pursue my goal to make a purchase on the same day but once he called Dave Moore, the pressure was set on the burner on making a purchase at a price that was way over what they advertise On their website. Just everything went off place. My family had been dealing with Atlantic Honda for 6+ years with personnel that demonstrated an impeccable customer care for the vehicles we had acquired in the past for the store but Dave Moore was the exception. These are my two cents for Honda and most important, for those customers out there looking for a dealer that knows how to do business at a top class customer service. Be on the watch for the store manager you have to dealt with at the time of your visit to Atlantic Honda, hope you do not have to come across Dave Moore, the worst in manners and leadership among the sales management at this dealership. More

I have been extremely pleased with Atlantic Honda from the first day. My sales experience with Dave was fantastic and every service was quick, seemless and done in a timely fashion. Their extensive hours the first day. My sales experience with Dave was fantastic and every service was quick, seemless and done in a timely fashion. Their extensive hours of service make it easy to coordinate with my work schedule and I have had nothing but a great overall relationship with them. Even when I turned my lease back a short time ago, I was in and out. I look forward to dealing with them all again in the future. More

I will always go to Atlantic Honda. Everyone is so helpful, the service is terrific. Both Mr. Alessi & Mr. Moore went out of their way to help us. I appreciate all the time & effort they put into the helpful, the service is terrific. Both Mr. Alessi & Mr. Moore went out of their way to help us. Dave Moore couldnt have been more helpful. We had gone or inquired with 2 other dealerships looking to lease a CR-V in a specific color. The others couldnt come up with one. Dave had the color my wife wanted inquired with 2 other dealerships looking to lease a CR-V in a specific color. The others couldnt come up with one. Dave had the color my wife wanted in stock but not only that, he had it sitting in the driveway a few minutes after we told him what color we were looking for! Honestly, I thought we were going to hear the same thing we heard from the other dealers. Everything moved quickly after that. We were informed periodically throughout the 3 hr wait of what the status was of plate transfer, credit reports, financing etc etc. We were even treated to an outdoor BBQ and country music. Great job Dave and Atlantic Honda. We will be back! Like everything else you have to have your wits about you when you go into any car dealership. And ask lots of questions and read what you sign. Some of the people who have had bad experiences at Atlantic may have found it was really their problem and not Atlantic's. Yeah, they screw up now and then but its really your responsibility to figure out whats going on before signing on the dotted line. More
