In fact I ended up paying $15 less then the price I asked for. They could of made extra money on me and I would have never none. That is why my last two brand new cars have been Jeeps (chrysler family) but especially from their location. And their service is excellent, in both sales and in "service". More

We expressed interest in some 2012 Dodge/Chrysler products at the Chicago Car Show in February and were contacted on-line by Chris Olson and David Foland to test drive some new cars. Dealt with Dave Foland over the phone and he was very friendly, inviting us to stop in, so we set a date for a Friday evening. Unfortunately, Dave wasn't there, but Chris Olson was. Once we met Chris, we experienced great customer service and a willingness to talk to us about the cars in which we were interested. He is very knowledgeable! We checked out a number of vehicles with Chris O. and he was very thorough, willing to answer questions and work with us to determine the "best vehicle fit" for us. As it turned out, we test drove a 2011 Chrysler 200. This car had the features, comfort and performance we wanted, so during the process, Chris O. introduced us to the Finance Mgr, Dave Pickell. Even though it was late in the evening, we were able to address price negotiation, loan availability and got the deal worked out to our satisfaction. Drove our car home that evening! Deciding to purchase a new vehicle is a stressful experience. You wonder how the dealers staff will be, how much pressure they will put on you, all of the typical experiences that you are used to. I will simply state that the folks at Naperville Jeep break the mold. When I first stopped in to talk with them, I clearly stated that I would not be purchasing the car on that day. I did hear a "what would it take to put you in the car today" 1 time, but never again. They all accepted my decision to think about it, and no pressure at all. The first person I had contact with at Naperville Jeep was Chris Olson. Our contacts were all via e-mails. Chris was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I stopped by the dealer, I was helped by Tom and Dave. Friendly, nice, and pleasant would be the best way to describe them. I did make the decsion to purchase the car, and went back a couple days later. The car was ready, clean, and Chris made the purchase as smooth as possible. I believe that I was at the dealer for about 90 minutes, which in itself is amazing. Chris thoroughly explained the vehicle, seemingly knowing the car top to bottom. I completely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a smooth deal. I would have to say that this was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. More

Very friendly atmosphere. Willing to negotiate a reasonable/fair price for my trade in. I went to another dealership who offered me $2500 less (which was a slap in the face) but Burke Auto Group wa reasonable/fair price for my trade in. My husband & I were looking for a Mid-Sized SUV that I could handle that is not too big, but would be large enough for myself & my hubby, our soon to be born twin boys and their car seats, double stroll I could handle that is not too big, but would be large enough for myself & my hubby, our soon to be born twin boys and their car seats, double stroller, accessories, etc. plus my chocolate lab and his kennel. We already own a very large SUV and a Van, so we were looking for something in the middle. It had to be big enough and comfortable enough for my 6'3 husband and myself (I am only 5'0!). We've always admired the Jeep brand and had several friends and family members who owned them (we just never purchased one ourselves). We walked into Naperville Jeep on Thursday, December 15, 2011 around 8:00p.m., and were greeted by Tom McDonald, who showed us a Jeep Compass and a Jeep Liberty. Tom answered all of our questions and even took us for a lengthy test drive in a Jeep Liberty in the dark and while it was raining! An excellent test to see how I can handle it! Needless to say we fell in love with the Jeep Liberty! It handled very well and we loved all of the features! We decided to come back the next day on Friday, December 16th, 2011 when it was light out so we could check it out further and so we could bring our baby car seats, double stroller, and dog kennel. Tom was off on Friday, so he introduced us to Mark Edelmann and said that he would take care of us. Mark was wonderful with us- he spent several hours with us and answered all of our questions (and we had tons!) and he took us for another lengthy test drive. Mark was very calm and easy going- no pressure at all and very patient. He also helped us load our car seats, double stroller, dog kennel, etc. into the Liberty. Everything fit with room to spare! The Jeep Liberty was perfect for us! It handled well, it was very comfortable for both my husband & I, it had great safety features, it was big & roomy for all of our things (but not overly huge), and it had all the bells & whistles that we love! We even got it for a great price! Next we met with Dave Pickell who answered all of our financial questions about leasing VS owning, payments, insurance, etc. He was very patient with us and had a great sense of humor which we really appreciated after a long day! All in all, I give Naperville Jeep a 5+ star Rating! It was one of the best experiences at a car dealer ever! Everyone we dealt with was wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to family & friends, and I would definitely go back there when we need another vehicle! More

After recently going thru a divorce. In the past my husband had done all vehicle purchases. I stopped into this dealership and met Brad Nelson. He made me feel very comfortable without any pressure.
