Dave worked with me over the phone for a week trying to arrange our deal on a used vehicle with myself and my family living nearly 2 hours away and whe we arrived the deal was nearly done. I just needed to look at the vehicle, drive it, see that everything Dave stated was accurate and we were in and out faster than I have ever been through during any purchase of a vehicle which was great considering I have 2 kids to look after while doing all of this as well! The owner of the dealership also stopped in and said hi! This was awesome as well, (thanks for the hot wheels my kids were in heaven). I will recommend this delaership to everyone I know and it was well worth the drive! Oh yeah the Maxima we bought was awesome as well!!!!!!!! More

they had a car that i wanted, plus the ad on the radio, the radio said that if u buy a new or used car( no price arrange), u get a tv and 100.00 gas card, mall card of 100.00, i didnt recieved any of that, the radio said that if u buy a new or used car( no price arrange), u get a tv and 100.00 gas card, mall card of 100.00, i didnt recieved any of that, they saidmy car price was not high enought to get that, i was upset about all of that, i would love to get a tv , or a gas card or 100.00 gas card. My wife and I were in the market to replace a GM product that we had only owner for one year. We researched several options via Consumer Reports and Edmunds.Com and were watching different TV commericals. O that we had only owner for one year. One day my wife came to me after seeing a Chrysler 300 commerical and said she would like to see one in person. We stopped by Key Chrysler on a Sunday afernoon and were met by salesman Dave Tackett. Dave was very friendly, informative and never pushy... That we liked very much. Key Chrysler and Dave Tackett were very helpful and open regarding teh MSRP and Invoice price of their cars. They were also very open regarding our one year old vehicle. They bent over backward to obtain our busness yet never making us feel pressured or mislead. I highly recommend Key Chrysler and especially Dave Tackett if you are in the market for a vehcle purchase. And by the way, the Chrysler 300C is a dream car. Unless you are really in need of a lot of muscle skip the V8 engine. The V6 engine matched with the new 8 gear transmission is fantastic! It's hard to believe it is a V6 when you are behind the wheel. Get the V6 and the 18 inch tires.. THe 18 inch tires give a more luxurious ride... Our vehicle is a 300C, lots and lots of goodies and rides like a dream... Our nick name for it is White Cloud because riding in it is like riding on a cloud.... More

The reason I actually went to this dealership was due to an internetprice offer. out of 4 Key was the only one to actually say "this is our offer" which says alot to me...no come in we will talk...upfront i an internetprice offer. out of 4 Key was the only one to actually say "this is our offer" which says alot to me...no come in we will talk...upfront is what I like. Alex Tobey I met when I arrived..firm handshake and eye contact= interested in what my needs were...to the point with a smile..thanks Alex!! Dave Tackett..no B.S. kinda guy..firm handshake and eye contact = what can I do for you? Dave was very good..if he did not know an answer he was upfront and went and got the answer, Thanks Dave!!! These two young folk are really are proud of working for Key and it shows and they DID bend over backwards to help out in any way. I would recommend this dealership and working with these two people and I feel you will walk or drive away with a deal that makes everybody happy. I have not used the repair shop yet and hope not to but I think the treatment would be on par with that of Alex and Dave. More
