Goes Above and Beyond I was in the market for a new Challenger and had visited several dealerships in Dayton and Cincinnati. Ultimately Dave and the new car manager helped I was in the market for a new Challenger and had visited several dealerships in Dayton and Cincinnati. Ultimately Dave and the new car manager helped work out a deal I found fair while keeping the pressure off. I felt comfortable and once the price was worked out the financial process was a breeze. Several months later had taken the car into the service department for a couple of rattles. Dave remembered me and asked how things were going. Nine months later they gave me a call make sure the issue never returned. They didnt even try to sneak in a sales or service pitch, just wanted to make sure I loved my car. If I decide my next car will be a Chrysler product, I’m giving Dave a call. More

Had to spend $800 on tires 45 days after pulling off lot The car had 29000 miles when bought . I put 3000 miles on it and heard a loud noise coming from the front of car. Another dealer diagnosed it as needing tires. 2 were illegal in most states.l and 2 had broken belts in other 2. On a $15000 car, there is no reason they shouldn't of put some tire on car for free. They offered to pay half. I didn't have the other half that day. I live about an hour and 30 minutes from the lot and they made me drive clear to pair with no and those tires were bad. The entire time I was getting the tires changed the salesman Dave wouldn't even look at me. More

car is crap and liars I bought a town and country from there and they lied on the loan documents and implied certain things were free, but they weren't. The van went in the first week as the a/c was not working. Here week 2 it has to go back in as the back brakes are making noises and there is a whine/groan coming from the engine. They said they'd clean up the car upon delivery when all they did was run it through a car wash. There was still dust everywhere inside as well as dead bugs on the dash board. This is complete crap. I am still awaiting a call from Mr. Tobey from Tobey auto group as I asked the manager Rich to have this done. More

Excellent buying experience We bought a 2016 Ram 1500 after my wife had been in a bad accident with our 2006 Ram. We were using our insurance check for a big part of the payment and the bank puts a 10 day hold on all insurance checks. Alex, David and Bob knew our situation and let us have the truck even thought they were aware of the the 10 day hold on the check, I cannot say enough about how well we were treated by them. They made a very stressful situation and turned it into a very pleasant experience. The owner even stopped by and listened to our story and was genuinely interested and ensured us that we would be taken care of. What a great place to buy a truck. Customers for life. More
