This is the 5th BMW I have bought from BMW of Bridgeport and David Bayliss. David is an absolute pleasure to work with...knowledgeable courteous and best of all...NO pressure! I have recommended several friends to David as well and each have thanked me saying its refreshing to work with a car salesman that doesn't pressure you. I HIGHLY recommend!!

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
This was the second car I purchased from BMW of Bridgeport, both times working with David Baylis. As with the first time, the overall experience was excellent; David was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and perhaps most importantly, honest. I am usually very cautious when buying cars but David was able to make me feel comfortable and answer all questions, concerns and offer insights into what may be the best model for my needs, at no point ever trying to force me into a decision or steer me to a car that didn't make sense for what I required. I would highly recommend David and BMW of Bridgeport to anyone I know, it is refreshing to have someone you can trust while making such a big purchase. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Hard not to be apprehensive about going to any car dealership, what with all the usual hard sells and shenanigans. I did have a rather specific request, namely a BMW web offer for a somewhat unusual model. The agent I worked with, David Baylis, was a good salesman - he ultimately did BMW well, as I got the car - but through the process he remained courteous, helpful, and thoroughly professional. Overall, I would highly recommend him and by extension this dealership. After completing the paperwork with the manager Jeff (quite a decent chap), a young gentleman named Joe went over all the functionalities of the vehicle with me. Spent close to an hour doing so - was extraordinarily useful.

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
Traded in a Volvo and purchased a 2010 535 Xdrive from the dealership. Found them easy to deal with especially our client advisor David Baylis. David was knowledgeable, not pushy and did everything to see that the deal went through without any difficulty. We went there with a financing rate of 2.99% in our pocket and were pleasantly surprised when David located financing at 2.59%, not a huge difference but a savings none the less.

The dealership is clean and everyone there was friendly. Although this dealership is located in Bridgeport it was well worth the drive especially when the local BMW dealership in New London receives such low ratings...

I just purchased my 3rd car from BMW of Bridgeport and again had the most outstanding experience! Car salesmen get a bad reputation but David Baylis could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was a dream to work with and made the whole buying experience incredibly pleasant. Not only is he amazingly knowledgeable about the cars but excellent at helping you figure out what the right car is for you without ever being pushy. I have never worked with a car salesman like him before! The whole process could not have been easier and BMW of Bridgeport is the best BMW dealership I have ever been to. The layout is great, the staff is friendly and they have a great collection of cars. It is so nice to walk away knowing that you got the best service, the best salesperson at the right price...no buyer's remorse here!!

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
I went in for a test drive of the 2010 X5, but was told that there were no more 2010's so I drove a 2011 X5 and fell in love with it! David was charming, low-keyed, and was full of facts and information about the car, and, most important, not pushy. I put a deposit down on the car immediately!

I was recommended to BMW of Bridgeport by a friend who just leased a car (not sure of the model) and she was very happy with the dealer and the price. So I was sold!

Everyone there was helpful. I needed to come back to get some fingerprints out of the door mouldings and the service was quick, successful and he told me to come back anytime if the same problem happens.

My total experience was great!
