Everyone at Bill Ray Nissan that I met with in the purchase of a Pathfinder Rock Creek were extremely professional and easy to work with. David Crayne was understanding and helped my wife and I throu purchase of a Pathfinder Rock Creek were extremely professional and easy to work with. David Crayne was understanding and helped my wife and I through process seamlessly. Phil Copleland addressed the areas of financing with efficiency and wasn't at all trying to product push as a lot of finance guys do at other dealerships. David was amazing. We needed a car asap. My son is in Florida and we are in Pennsylvania. His car unexpectedly died and he needed a car desperately for his clinical. We needed a car asap. My son is in Florida and we are in Pennsylvania. His car unexpectedly died and he needed a car desperately for his clinical. David made purchasing the car over the phone and through email happen and was able to provide me all the information I needed to make the right decisions. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. He went over everything with my son to make sure we had a good experience and felt comfortable in the new car. Phil was great. He gave us the best deal possible and really listened to what we could afford and made it happen. I would recommend them highly to anyone! More
