After 15 yrs, it was time to start looking for a new car. That was until we met Christianah Rodriguez at Maguire Hyundai. She was so patient, kind, attentive and very helpful. We felt comfortable with her right away. She answered all our questions, found the vehicle we wanted, had it brought to the dealership and spent lots of time showing us all the new features we will be able to enjoy. We felt the price was very fair and decided to buy our Tucson Hybrid. So far... after having it for two weeks... we just love it! There is one cosmetic flaw that Maguire of Grand Island promised to replace as soon as possible. And, we anticipate that our future rating of the Service Dept will also be 5 stars. More

My husband and i were very satisfied with everything at this dealership. It was very clean and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Our salesman was Connor Burwell and he did an amazing job !! Both this dealership. It was very clean and all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Purchases a 2019 car in 2022 which was pre-certified used. Went in for 2023 inspection and was told it wouldn’t pass inspection because the windows were tinted. This is how I bought the car which was in used. Went in for 2023 inspection and was told it wouldn’t pass inspection because the windows were tinted. This is how I bought the car which was inspected. Was told they couldn’t confirm that’s how I bought it basically calling me a liar. Plus had a whole break job after only putting on @3000 miles in one year that cost me @$1500. And was told it was too late for the complimentary wash. Customer service attitude needs improvement. Plus salesman who sold me the car was not helpful even though the car was one week out of the one year warranty. They did remove the tinting for free so the car would pass inspection. More
