I recently bought two cars from David and his son Chris helped me out with the technical aspects of my new cars. I like David's direct nature and his ability to deal directly and yet not appear arrogant w helped me out with the technical aspects of my new cars. I walked onto the Russell car lot 11 years ago as I was coaching my son through his first car purchase. We were looking for a used car and were following a newspaper ad for "certified cars" we saw in the B coaching my son through his first car purchase. We were looking for a used car and were following a newspaper ad for "certified cars" we saw in the Baltimore Sun. We had been to 2 other dealerships that morning and were NOT optimistic. We had seen few "workable" cars and the salespeople were average at best. Then we met David Day and our day turned around totally. Not only was David conscientious, he was SO knowledgeable about his stock and he listened to our needs and worked to meet them. He introduced my son to a Camry that was "just right" and that my son was so proud to purchase. And David made it work so simply and easily. It was a great family day. Now 11 years later. . . I have bought a used Solara (great car that David "thought I'd like"), a Tacoma pickup that I love and drive and 2 Prius. Each time my experience has been EXCELLENT. The customer service that I get from David is what keeps me coming to Russell Toyota. The other staff are helpful and good but David Day is "the REASON" I always return to Russell. He has set a standard of excellence and personal care that I get nowhere else. More
