Last Sunday my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. David Keddie at the Jerry Ulm dealership. My experience was unpleasant. My sales representative was Jonathan. He told me the The price of my vehicle that shows online was 18,500 but it had a discount because it was 22,000 My sales representative was Jonathan. He told me the The price of my vehicle that shows online was 18,500 but it had a discount because it was 22,000 but after three long hard days somehow the price managed to make it back to the original price of 22,000 I asked Jonathan, but he kept stating that he would talk to his manager on the third day , he was off so I did have a different sales representative helping me but by then it was too late because Jonathan had already wrote up sales wrong so no discount, I was not given the discounted Thank price that it showed online. They made me come back several times for nothing and They would leave me sitting there with no food or water all day in the dealership. On the third day, I was finally allowed to test drive the vehicle that I was interested in. What makes me the most upset is that I was lied to about the price and The only thing they did was apologize, but did not honor the price that was shown online and that they told me I’d be paying. they told me the vehicle was also in the shop getting maintenance for those three days. I asked if they were to do any work on the car I was buying if I could have copies of the work that they did I told they would, but they never did. So overall, I tried to maintain an a good attitude But I do not like how I was treated or be tricked they even wanted me to ensure my vehicle before I drove it. More

Was sold a car as is, but was led to believe that stains on the exterior of the car were pitch. After purchasing many types of pitch/tar/bug remover, and having consulted several repair companies, it appear on the exterior of the car were pitch. After purchasing many types of pitch/tar/bug remover, and having consulted several repair companies, it appears that this residue cannot be removed.
