Dealership failed to run my card for the down payment. Then, salesman proceeded to call my phone multiple times, then my spouses phone multiple times. I told the salesman that I would show up in person Then, salesman proceeded to call my phone multiple times, then my spouses phone multiple times. I told the salesman that I would show up in person to have card ran again. I had to take off work in order to go there. I requested a small token of compensation for taking time away from work (losing money), bulky way of a complementary auto detailing. Salesman was rather rude and snobby when I asked the question. Walked in not expecting to buy a vehicle, was just looking to test drive a vehicle I knew was on the lot -- they ended up having the exact vehicle I wanted at a different location, which had all of th looking to test drive a vehicle I knew was on the lot -- they ended up having the exact vehicle I wanted at a different location, which had all of the things on my list that I wouldn't buy without! It was my first time doing a solo purchase on a vehicle and it was a great experience; I had to leave by a certain time and Don (from the Toyota store) made sure that the process was quick and painless, and went out of his way to help me find the perfect SUV! The Pre-Owned department was very professional, polite, and helpful. Jon D. was there to help at the start. He answered all questions and showed us things about the car. Then there was David M. (Mgr.) that and helpful. Jon D. was there to help at the start. He answered all questions and showed us things about the car. Then there was David M. (Mgr.) that worked with us politely and professionally. After that, we worked with Felicia, who impressed me with her professionalism.
