I have been researching prices for Acura TLs for the past 6 months. I was attracted by the prices at Bourne's and the fact that they are a no-haggle dealer. To be honest, I was expecting there to be issues 6 months. I was attracted by the prices at Bourne's and the fact that they are a no-haggle dealer. To be honest, I was expecting there to be issues with the vehicles since the prices were so low. I was pleasantly surprised after inspecting and test driving my potential purchase as it was in great shape visually and mechanically. David Olson was excellent to deal with and addressed all of my concerns. In fact, no matter how many times I called him he was as willing to help as the day I first walked in the door. Overall just an excellent experience, the dealership and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. These guys know their stuff and don't hassle you in any way. We walked around the lot without a single dealer coming up and trying to make a pitch. Then when I did want to test drive a car they pulled it up front and let us go for a ride by ourselves without any pressure from a salesman. Also having done a lot of research their prices are excellent and I would challenge people to find a dealership with lower prices. Bourne Auto and David Olson in particular provided us with a great used car experience and I would fully recommend them to anyone interested in a new car. More

Extremely pleased with the smooth process of getting a loan and purchasing the car. Everyone was super friendly and I was extremely impressed with all the professionalism, but also the normal everyday people that were friendly and talkative. No bullshit either, Dave was honest and laid everything out on the table. Just great service and a great price. They even stayed late for us so I could pick up my car. I would definitely go back for another car after my experience here and recommend Dave Olson to anyone looking for a great car. More

Even though we had enough money with them to buy the car several times over they offered us a rate that was quite frankly, insulting. Thank goodness we had seen a vehicle on Bournes web site and test drove it. We dealt with David Olson and Shaun Sanders. Every process went smoothly, professionally and absolutely no pressure was there. EVERYTHING, absolutely EVERYTHING was taken care of from trade in, fantastic financing, to delivery of a great car!! While we waited for our vehicle to be prepared we asked every customer that waited with us if they were happy with their experience and everyone we spoke with said they are an honest bunch and would not go anywhere else. After what was a very tough begining hunting for financing and the right auto we are convinced we made the right choice, no wonder the place is so busy and amazed at how smoothly they can match folks with the right vehicle in such a pleasant easy way.
