My Review of Bourne's Auto Center:
I recently traded a 2003 saab 9-3 for a 2007 saab 9-3 and I was helped by Gerard. The whole transaction was very friendly and there was no pressure at all. Gerard worked the numbers in my favor and I got the car I wanted at a price that was reasonable. After I had taken delivery I realized that I had left a pair of sunglasses on the sun visor. Normally, one would just take a loss here, but these were a wedding present from my wife, so I NEEDED these back. I emailed Gerard and had them the very next day. Not to say that this is common practice, but I can think of several occasions when my father has had his infiniti serviced(had to take a rental) and if he forgot something in the car, it was always gone. Not at bourne though.

I'm very pleased with their service, and how easy the transaction was. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Don't usually go to Dealerships. But Brother in law recomended it and I'm glad that he did. It was no stress and no pressure buying at it's best. I'm glad that I knew what kind of car that I wanted because there are so many choices. Would recomend them to anyone.

Easiest dealership transaction I have ever had. Sales person, David Olsen, listened carefully regarding what I was looking for,he was attentive without being aggressive or pushy. David helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Sales staff was kind empathetic and knowledgeable. I have been telling anyone looking for a car to go to this dealership and see this salesperson.

I recently bought a car from Bournes Auto Center and had an excellent experience. I first talked to Gerard on the phone inquiring about a car that was in stock. He informed to fill out a credit application and he would call me back when it was complete. In less than an hour, I receive a call back stating that I had been approved and should come in for a test drive. When I showed up, Gerard was quick to get me into the car I was looking at. After a brief test drive, I knew this was the car I wanted. Gerard then spent a good amount of time going over the paperwork and answered all my questions. I was very happy with the service as a whole at Bournes Auto Center and will definitely be going back there for my any of my future car purchases.

My Review of Bourne's Auto Center:
My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Bourne. The first was to replace my wife's car after an accident. They had a wide selection, and unbelievable prices for high end SUV's and sedans. We chose one of the SUV's and haven't had a problem with it. We were so pleased that I went back when I was ready to replace my car nine months later. Once again great price, no pressure. Tried three different cars, they just gave me the keys and I was off getting a feel for the car I really wanted. Sales personnel weren't pushy and had total patience while I made my choice. Service is great, and they offer a very reasonable extended warranty. Wide range of luxury vehicles with low mileage. Even my insurance agent was amazed at the price.
I rate this dealer a "7" on a scale of 1-5. Extra points for the no pressure sales and the quality of the vehicles they offer.

My Review of Bourne's Auto Center:
I have purchased two vehicles from Bournes Auto Center. Their prices are far below any new or used car dealer. The no pressure sales is the best. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a preowned automobile. They have the right attitude when it comes to the auto business. They are very upfront and provide great service before and after the sale. They also have the same staff which means they must care about their employees because you see the same people. You don't see that in most auto dealerships. I have been buying cars for over 22 years and you buy a car and when you go back to the dealership for the first oil change the salesperson has left the establishment. You need that person to assist you with your needs after the sale. I would definatley recommend you to visit Bournes Auto Center. You will make the decision on your own after your visit.

My Review of Bourne's Auto Center:
I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my last vehicle at Bourne's Auto Center. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All aspects of the sale were well explained in order to answer any of my questions. The salesman was extremely patient with me while I made decisions at no point did I feel pressured. Everything discussed at the time of purchase such as detailing and making sure all accessories were included was completed before I arrived for pickup. With regards to the price I had been researching prices for about a month before I purchased my car. I found other dealerships asking for roughly $3000 more for a Lexus RX with comparable mileage. I feel I definitely got the best deal available for the type of car I purchased.
Since the purchase of my car I have brought it back to Bourne's for scheduled maintenance which was quick and painless. I dropped my car off and was given a ride to work. I liked the fact that I wasn't inconvenienced I did not need to find a ride or sit and wait. Overall I was very happy with my experience with Bourne's and intend to continue purchasing my vehicles with them in the future.

I was fortunate to find this dealership over 10 years ago. I recently purchased my 3rd car from them and have never been disappointed. Their service department is exceptional as well. The dealership's "no haggle" pricing makes for a very nice experience when you are shopping for a car. There is certainly less pressure. I cannot recommend them enough.

My Review of Bourne's Auto Center:
There should be a "6" to accomodate outstanding service! It is a pleasure to do business with Bourne's! My first purchase was a used Jeep to drive in the winter months. That was 10 years ago. Since then, my large family has purchased EXCLUSIVELY from Bourne's. I wouldn't even consider buying from anyone else! I learned the hard way, that buying new means taking a big hit in the value of your vehicle after the first couple of years. Buying a preium used car from a place that totally stands behind it saves money and takes all of the hassle out of the deal. There's no "Let me talk to my sales manager" There's a fair price put on every car, and the security of knowing you are buying from a very reputable dealership. From the sale to the service and beyond....truly a class act. I'm a customer for life!
