Very pleased with my experience. Scottsdale had the particular vehicle I wanted (only by chance, however) when the other the Audi dealerships in Phoenix area seemed unable to find the vehicle I wanted and actually get it in their dealership. Scottsdale offered me a fair trade value for my vehicle where 2 other Audi dealers would not. Since I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, the experience was no pressure. The dealership honored the USAA promotion price without any discussion where another Phoenix Audi dealer would not. Even in the finance office, the 'up-sell' was no pressure at all. Although I always intend on keeping a vehicle for a long time, something new interests me and I end up trading in 2 years. I will buy another vehicle form Audi Scottsdale if they treat me the same way.

I picked up my new Q5 and I worked directly with David Silver, he did a great job explaining everything I need to know about my car. He was very comprehensive with his explanation as well as being readily available for me when I had to change my appointment time. I would buy every Audi through David. They do a great job and looking forward to working with the service department as well.

I walked in with an open-mind but not really expecting anything exceptional. I was extremely happy that my wife convinced me to look there. David and everybody else that I encountered provided exceptional service and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is on the market for a new or used car. My wife was thoroughly impressed with this dealership as opposed to the dealer she bought her car from 2 years ago. David was upfront and not pushy at all. He kept my wife and I informed the entire time that our financing paperwork was waiting to be processed. Overall a great car-buying experience!

David was wonderful and kept in touch with us the whole time we were waiting for the car to come from Germany. When the car came in we were notified immediately. He also spent a long time with us showing us how to use the car.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
I was led to Audi North Scottsdale and Gary Stone approximately one week ago and it was refreshing to have the parameters of a purchase of new Audi accomplished quickly and fairly over the telephone prior to my initial visit. Upon my first visit to Audi, Gary introduced me to David Silver. David is an Audi savant - he knows everything about the vehicles and was more of an educator than a salesman. Never once did anyone at Audi try to change any deal terms on me; there were no gimmicks - just courtesy, fairness and availability. Audi North Scottsdale let me keep a sample vehicle to try our and to ensure my wife had the opportunity to test it out as well. When we decided to make the purchase, David came in on his day off and completed the sale with me. Bill and David answered all of my questions, took me on a tour of the dealership and spent time with us setting up the new vehicle.

I have purchased many vehicles and loathe working with finance/closing the deal because of some past bad experiences. However, working with Tara at Audi North Scottsdale was easy and informative. Tara did not use any pressure tactics at all. She simply went over the deal, walked through the calculations and answered my questions. Working with Tara was fast, easy and friendly - a trend that permeates throughout the dealership.

This was an outstanding purchase experience and I recommend the dealership without reservation.

Best car buying experience to date. Closed the deal on a new A3 within 20 minutes and paid well under invoice. David Silver was pleasant to work with. My window tinting was done same week with no hassle, in and out 5minutes and they gave me a loaner for the day.

Our experience at Audi North Scottsdale was in stark contrast to another dealer we had visited. At Audi North Scottsdale, our initial contact was friendly, informative and to the point without high pressure. We received a direct answer to our question on price, with no back and forth. After that, David Silver kept us informed via email as the date of arrival of our ordered vehicle drew nearer, and when that day arrived our car and paperwork were ready. This was the smoothest, most efficient new car transaction we have ever experienced, and that covers about a dozen deals. This is our third Audi, our first purchased from Audi North Scottsdale. We are an extremely satisfied Audi North Scottsdale customer.
